Initial email contact with Julia Rowlee had good customer

Initial email contact with Julia Rowlee had good customer service response. (First email only, seemed like a template response). All emails after were abrupt, no punctuation and poor grammar. It was a very immature communication thread and made for a poor experience. It created a reluctance to continue responding. They may need training on communication skills to create a professional appearance for this dealership.

Recommended dealership

Great experience with this dealership and employees supporting customers through the process. It took a while to get my car due to supply chain issues, but once the car arrived the service was excellent. Not my first time buying cars here. Recommended.

Efficient friendly service

I needed an alignment and Beaverton Nissan was able to get me in and out in the same day! They were very helpful and I appreciated the flexibility.

Great Service

The team at Beaverton Nissan - Nick, Lisa, and Edwin - were really excellent. They went out of their way to make sure I got exactly the car that I needed, and were really great about putting together financing options for me so that we could talk through choices. There were no high pressure sales shenanigans, just a lot of thoughtful, solutions oriented collaboration.

Shipped to Hawaii!

Long distance sight unseen purchase and David Scott was terrific. Super communication and was really on the spot the entire time! This vehicle was purchased remotely and I arranged shipment to Hawaii.

Very Pleasant Experience

Enjoyed a pleasant, no pressure visit. From the receptionist to sales to credit, all were prompt and well prepared. Got a great used car at a very fair price.

Edwin siemion, shady finance guy.

Edwin siemion the finance guy is your typical shady dealership person. I got the extended warranty and another protection plan but decided I wanted to cancel it a month later. After a couple months of countless emails, texts, and calls, and forums filled out he was still unable to cancel what I wanted. It took me less then 24 hours to call the third party company and sort things out, something this man apparently in incapable of doing and it’s part of his job…. Lol. I would stay away from this man and any business he tries to do with you. He’s after getting a paycheck from customers and nothing else which is a poor business motto. If I could do it all over again I would have just taken my business elsewhere just because of this human.
