This man is bad for business he is very rude and disrespectful, I will post the videos of him screaming at a customer and questioning there level of education, he is money hungry he gives nothing back to the community at all his cars are super overpriced, he had my car to fix the blow motor and had it for 4 months still not fixed I had no heat in winter and no ac in summer he got rid of a worker for helping another customer this worker was aware of his fraud he has several attorney general complaints for bad business He also sales LEMONS MY CAR WAS REPOSED BECAUSE HE HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY MOM AND OART OF ME GETTING MY CAR BACK WAS GETTING THE KEY TO MY MOMS CAR SOME TYOE OF BUSINESS HES RUNNING HES VERY CONDESCENDING AND ARROGANT. I was in need of a vehicle and at 54 years old it was going to be the 1st time in my life I had to deal with a used car dealer.  Up until now I have always bought vehicles through people I knew. I downloaded a couple used car apps and did my best to research both cars and the dealerships. I found a few vehicles I was interested in at Spanky's and after looking into their history and reviews I figured they have a decent reputation in the area and a long history of being at their location so I'd give them a shot. I dropped by one day when I was in the area to look at a couple vehicles they had advertised. The one I was mainly interested in had already been sold but the salesman brought out a couple others I was also interested in. After test driving a few. I settled on a 2003 Toyota 4runner but it had a little bit more mileage on it than I wanted for the price.  So I thanked the salesman and left. Before I got home the salesman called me and offered to make me a better deal on it while assuring me it was a good vehicle and I would be happy with it... that was in mid June and I'm writing this in March after I finished paying it off and I am completely satisfied with the vehicle so far. It has been very reliable and functioning as advertised. I still have the Spanky's license plate on the front of my vehicle and will continue to leave it there to help them advertise. I hope not to need another vehicle for a few years but when I'm back in the market for another vehicle Spanky's will be my 1st stop.. Thanks Joe.

This is the worst place I've ever dealt with. During the purchase everything was great. About 2 weeks after the purchase I called to have something fixed and no one would get back to me so, I had it fixed some place else. When it came time for inspection, the check engine light came on. Replaced the O2 sensors, replaced the catalytic converter and still the check engine light is on. Took it to a dealership who said, "That car is so rusted underneath they should never sold that car and certainly not for $7500. Looking for an attorney now. Will NEVER see that scam place again.

DO NOT GO TO SPANKY’S. The Civic we bought from Spanky’s BRAKES FAILED in traffic. We were xxxx lucky no one got killed. But that’s NOT ALL. Not only did the brakes give out on us, they also failed on the people who bought the SAME CAR from Spanky’s before we did!! They returned the car to Spanky’s … and what did Spanky’s do? They put it back up for sale!! Bottom line? They sold us a car with dangerous brakes and rusted out holes in the frame. Somehow, they got the car an inspection sticker, but they won’t say where or who they got the sticker from. The Pennsylvania Attorney General is investigating now. JUST STAY AWAY.

They are nice and they are flexible knew we where coming back to get the car later in the day and even though they closed they still followed threw.

When I arrived to see the Suzuki GV I purchased, I was welcomed by their salesman Joesph. He was an extremely kind young man that was genuine and very straight forward/honest about what he was presenting to me for potential purchase. I was given all the time I wanted to look over the vehicle as completely as I could. And was given the chance to test drive the Suzuki for as long as I wanted! When I arrived back at the dealership I kindly informed them that the AC was not functional with all else checking out excellent. I decided that this SUV was well kept and purchased it. When I arrived home with the Suzuki I received a phone call from Joe. The dealership asked me to bring the vehicle down. Spanky’s installed a brand new AC compressor in the SUV for me and charged the system. I had a brand new condenser for it and they installed that as well. They did an excellent job with labor. They were an OUTSTANDING used car dealership in my view! I own a few of these SUV’s. And I know Spanky’s and Joe, sold me a nice clean 2003 I had been looking for. I thank them all sincerely at the dealership. They did excellent from beginning to end. Thank you!

In 2021 I bought a car from them and the service was great. At not fault of Spanky's, the car was uncomfortable for me to drive, so I decided to sell it to a different dealer. When we took it to the dealer where I sold it, we were told that when I bought the car, the mileage was entered incorrectly (3,000 miles more than what was on the car!) when the car was registered. This caused an issue, as it would seem as though the dealer we sold it to would have rolled back the miles. We then had to go to two separate DMVs, and then to Spanky's to get the title from them, since the car was not fully paid off. When we asked him to take care of getting the title, we heard from him the next couple days, but then we did not hear from them after that. The dealer we sold it to then told us we could just sell it to them and they can get the title to save us time. Purchasing the car itself from Spankys was nice, but the whole experience of selling the car was so difficult and took months to do, when it should've taken days. Your choice if you go to them!

Checked out a car on Saturday. Looked nice on the pictures but when I got to this place and looked at the car , overspray on the door windows and big gaps on the hood , lights and front grill. Appeared that the front was painted or maybe even damaged and repaired. Went into to talk to a person inside about the car , asked if it was painted or damaged… Reply … I don’t know …Beware .

Came in after my car didn’t pass inspection, the selection was impressive and the sales manager Ian was great to work with, no pressure and above and beyond what I typically deal with at other lots. Do yourself a favor stop in Spankys
