Sold me a lemon Tahoe with a transmission that only the lower gears worked on (1,2,3) and the highway gears (4,5,6) were broken. I still have no idea how they got it to my house in Maryland without a trailer. My guess is that they did trailer it nearby, then drove it to my house where I signed the paperwork trusting that the vehicle was ok. Then the next day I realized there was something seriously wrong. $6,000 and a new transmission later, Ryan says he “has no idea what I am talking about.” And that they didn’t totally scam me out of a family car for me and my wife and three kids. This place is a bunch of low life’s, I have no idea how they made it onto a larger site such as car gurus, there should be a better vetting process.

Service was quick and easy. Very nice, my car is perfect and have not had any issues. Worth the drive.

Serious, responsible business to a T. No bull, no overselling, just deals. I was up and out with my beautiful Chevy in under an hour 2 years ago and have had no problems since!

Bought a 2010 acadia. Cash purchased 9000.00 steering felt off they said it needed a front end alignment which they had done. As driving for a couple of days problem came back. Took it to Monroe to have it looked at. Was told steering rack was leaking and bad contacted spankys and the told me to bring it in. I was told by the owner nothing was wrong what I was feeling was all wheel dring kicking in. That monro was just trying to make money off me. Took it back to Monroe and they took pictures and documentation of staff check called spankys again . I asked for help to be told no and hung up on poor businessman and poor business practice. Horrible Horrible they got my 9000.00 and that's that . I would never trust or refer anyone to them

Had the best experience at Spanky's Auto Group and highly highly recommend them! I spent almost 3 months looking for a LEXUS after having my IS250 rear-ended and totaled by a state policeman. I visited several Lexus dealerships and wasted my time waiting for a salesman or driving cars that were incredibly inflated in price. Ryan, the salesman, was super to work with through the entire experience. I drove it on an Friday and he held the vehicle for me until I could get back to dealership with my husband on a Tuesday. Don, the owner, was kind and low key. My first impression was I could tell he just wanted you to be happy with your decision. before making a purchase. Absolutely no pressure - and that was refreshing after being hounded by other high pressure dealerships. I bought this beautiful LEXUS NX 200T from Spanky's Auto Group and CAN NOT thank Don and Ryan enough for all that they did for me.

I purchase 2017 Volvo V90 Cross Country. I am absolutely in love with this car! It has everything I wanted and more! I drove 2.5 hours to test drive it and I left with the car an hour later! They made the purchase easy and painless! Awesome people to work with! Highly recommend! Definitely worth the drive!

I bought a 2006 Nissan Armada from Donald at Spanky’s in November of 2022 and have spent the past 11 months paying one garage bill after another, to the tune of thousands of dollars. Shortly after purchase, we found out the radiator and power steering line needed replaced. Now we’re told (by two separate mechanics) that the manifolds need replaced, with estimates ranging from $4,000-$6,000. When I purchased the vehicle, it had been inspected 3 months prior and had fresh state and emission stickers. Hard to believe the manifold issues weren’t caught during emissions inspection. After fixing the manifolds, I will be close to having paid for the vehicle twice. Do yourself and your bank account a favor and steer clear of this sorry excuse for an “honest” business.
