Scam, I’ve been trying to buy a vehicle from them for

Scam, I’ve been trying to buy a vehicle from them for weeks and they’ve jumped the price 10k, then 7k, now again at 9k. They just throw a number out and hope for the best. Will not return calls. They just puts you off to the next person and give you a different price. They have terrible customer service. I will be following up with a G.M and then with the Director of operations and then with the CEO of this dealership. This is by far the worst car shopping experience I’ve ever had. BUYER BEWARE!!!

TO START OUT WITH, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR DEALER QUALITY

TO START OUT WITH, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR DEALER QUALITY SERVICE WORK, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. On Jan 21, 2023, I brought my 2015 Passat SEL TDI (87909miles) in for a campaign on the emissions system and for them to diagnose a coolant leak. Their tech could not find a leak and will diagnose more when parts arrive for campaign. I returned the car on Feb 14 for them to perform the campaign work. On April 3rd I received a call stating my car is complete and ready for pick up. I raised the hood and found numerous issues; two electrical connectors broke and silicone back together, clip missing for DEF lines, hold down bolts missing for DEF lines, all wires/ electrical harness dangling on fire wall with firewall clips missing, heat shield cover for differential pressure sensor zip tied and snaps broke, and the new NOX sensor electrical harness was not secured. I would not accept the car and received the loaner vehicle again. I went back to the dealer 2 additional times to pick up the car and found things missing. So again, I would not take the vehicle. I spoke to service manager and he was not very helpful as he stated; he’s not sure the repair process of a broken connector (which I said the repair that was done cannot be VW certified repair) Kevin went above and beyond and out of his way to send me pictures with the hood opened to see if I saw anything wrong so I did not have to waste a trip driving to the dealer. On April 18th, I brought the car home, jacked it up to inspect the underside. I could smell an exhaust leak. Inspected the new emissions components they installed and found the exhaust clamp was not installed correctly and leaking and there was a bolt holding the EGR cooler to the block missing. (Since it’s a diesel that regenerates it creates a lot of exhaust heat and that was just going out under the car and was a possible fire hazard) I returned the car immediately to them. I told the dealer I am picking up our u haul on April 27th and moving to north Florida on the 28th and our car needs to be done by then and they would look at the coolant issue again (. I spoke to Aaron the sales manager, who is another person to help solve these issues. I spoke to him about all the times I came up, showed him numerous pictures. On April 28th, 1 hour away from driving the U-Haul to North Florida, Aaron went to the shop and facetimed me while the car was on the lift. They fixed the exhaust leak, and I pointed out the bolt and Aaron said they will replace the bolt before you get here. I overlooked the car with Aaron, and he told me to give him the bill for U-Haul for all the issues I had, and they would cover it. I drove the car to North Florida to our home and out to Jacksonville twice for work. I had to add coolant on both trips the car has been sitting for roughly a month due to coolant leak (91321miles). If you have your vehicle in for service work, please be careful and overlook your car. I WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLE THERE again for warranty or regular cash work and I would not recommend this shop for repairs. On a positive note, Kevin and Aaron are two awesome folks that really put customers first and want to have customer satisfaction. Kevin especially helped me throughout the whole deal and went out of his was to get my car washed and sending me countless pictures to save me trips going to the dealer. I would recommend Kevin and Aaron over and over but as for their service department, I would recommend elsewhere.

The value of a company is gauged when it changes lemons

The value of a company is gauged when it changes lemons into lemonade. I had a 2 pm appointment for a battery change and it took much longer. The service writer, Justine, was on top it from start to finish and the service manager got involved when it became obvious I was getting antsy. They gave me a steep discount accompanied with profuse apologies. They earned my business. Well done.

DO NOT BUY A CERTIFIED USED VEHICLE HERE!

DO NOT BUY A CERTIFIED USED VEHICLE HERE! Nothing is covered under warranty, literally won't even fix a USB plug in the car that was wrong since I bought the car, also refuse to cover a speaker when they have covered a speaker when I first bought the vehicle (early 2022), got charged 120 dollars to basically say my warranty is useless, it's just a scheme to sell the car. Also claims theirs a problem with the USB plug but says head unit needs replaced too because of flashing screens? DUH THE USB PLUG IS BAD!!! (Other USB plug works fine in my car head unit works fine) trying to fix things that don't need fixing... Also now that we are airing out laundry.. dealership took almost 2 temp tags to get my tags originally (2nd and last temp tag was 2 days from expiring) if I never blew them up I would have never gotten tags... I repeat DO NOT BUY A USED VOLKSWAGEN FROM HERE OR ANY VW dealership!!!! I truly believe you sold me a broken vehicle now and your "certified" program is useless if I cant get repairs a year after my purchase, I am referring to someone with more knowledge to get this escalated up the proper channels.

I was pleased w the purchase of my car and the service I received before picking it up. My car is running fine butt I’ll be damned if I can get that dealership to sent in the paperwork so I can get my tags/registration. Purchased Oct 29, today is Feb 22 and they still have not submitted it to the state. I am thinking they sold the car without having the title. I have followed up dozens of times and was always told ‘we r working on it’. Now, they r no longer returning my calls.

Bought used Volkswagen passat, after 3 weeks the transmission went out. Yes its under warranty, but I'm without a vehicle that I use to earn income. I'm out about 1000 dollars in 10 days and they said I can't use there loaner for my work purposes. Definitely not willing to help me in any kinda fashion.. I asked them to buy the vehicle back, and they refused.. not worth wasting your time at this dealership for anything

I was duped!

I was duped!! I had the misfortune of dealing with a salesman by the name of Cameron Cook. This guy was blowing my phone up until I came and purchased the vehicle from him and the moment I took delivery of the car he wouldn’t respond to ANY of my texts, calls, or emails. He didn’t even activate my Sirius XM for me. I would never buy from this dealership again just based on that experience.
