I was looking to purchase a used vehicle and my daughter Holly referred me to Hunter Nissan. I checked their website and found a 04 Buick Lesabre I wanted to look at. I went there the next day... everyone was very helpful with all my questions and I made the purchase. I will definetly return to Hunter's when my wife decides to trade in her vehicle.

Tommy was very helpful and answered all my questions with great knowledge of the product. He was not like the other salesmen that I encountered at other dealerships. He stood out by trying to find out what I wanted and not what they wanted to sell me.

TRAVELER BEWARE!!!!! My family was traveling and started to have car problems. Stopped at Hunter Nissan, was told the coils was bad, and that they did not accept my warranty. They kept the car for one whole week, cost over $800.00, I picked up and paid for car out of my pocket and started home and the car was still not working. I called the dealership they told me to just drive and it will burn off the fuel that was spilled. I drove to my local dealership that does pm's on my car and found out that the coils was not the problem, that the warranty company would have paid them by credit card, the only thing they had to do was fax the sheet to the company. I was missing the cover to my engine, and I had missing air ducts. Whenever I have spoken with the customer service people including the time on my way home, they have acted like it was not their problem.

I was really impressed and pleased with the service price & overall visit to Hunter Nissan. I worked with two of the sales people and was quite impressed with the length they went through to meet a price I was willing to pay. I have not had to use the service department other than an oil change, but that was a painless experience as well. I also find them honest people. I left a tray full of change and dollars in the car I traded and when I went back it was still there. I was once a consumer who said I would never buy a Nissan, but they changed my mind and so far I'm glad they did!

We have bought 3 cars from Hunter, 2 new and 1 used. They have been great. They worked really hard to find the right car and the right financing for us. We had a minor problem with the used car we purchased and they fixed it right away, even though it wasn't technically under warranty. We have had our maintenance done there as well and the service department is also excellent.

Not enough knowledge of the business. Not trying hard enough to find the right financing for customers. Later that week found 7.5 percent financing through the credit union which was on the credit report and they missed it but the dealership and manager saw it and bingo!! We bought a car in little over an hour!

After finding a car for what I thought was a good price,...

After finding a car for what I thought was a good price, I took it to my mechanic. He recommended a new timing belt, realignment, fix the wheel baring and new tires, he said he would check it out after these problems had been fixed. The dealership agreed to do these repairs and 10 days later I was told the car was ready. I told them I'd like to have my mechanic check it out but I was told "We have had the Volvo realership work on it; everything has been fixed! You can trust us!" I asked to have a copy of the work order but going through the paper work later I discovered I had not been given one. So I called the Volvo dealership myself with the cars VIN number to ask them what repairs had actually been made. I was told "We were only told to fix the front breaks and put new tires on, nothing at all about fixing the alignment or the timing belt." I called Hunter Nissan again and after 24 more hours of hassle they finally agreed to cancel the sale. Later that day I found the very same car listed on Craigslist for $500 less than what they has told me was their lowest price. So if you're looking to waste your time and get the run around I recommend Hunter Nissan. P.S. Stay way from the black wagen.
