Very Deal, Took Care Of Me After Purchase

Had a fair and easy negotiation on a used car. Adrian in sales was great! Ally paid for my Uber to pickup the car. After I drove car for several days and ~100 miles check engine light came on. Needed catalytic converter. I asked Adrian if Ally if could help, and they paid for the repair!

Very Deal, Took Care Of Me After Purchase

Drove from Kansas for a great experience!

We had a great experience at Ally Autogroup. My father in law and I found a car online and drove from Kansas. We were fortunate we got to deal with Zia, who was very accommodating. There were a couple of issues that needed to be worked through on the car but Zia helped us in every way he could. We left with a great car that we bought at a good price that we bought from great people. I highly recommend Ally Autogroup!

Drove from Kansas for a great experience!

We had a great experience at Ally Autogroup. My father in law and I found a car online and drove from Kansas. We were fortunate we got to deal with Zia, who was very accommodating. Great Service!

My son and I had been car shopping for weeks and were unable to locate the right car and financing for him. I reached out to Adrian at Ally Auto Group and he took car of us from the first phone call. We walked away 2 days later with my son’s very first car financed on his own! One of the owners (Sam) even handled the paperwork with my son as a first time buyer and college student. Thank you Adrian and Sam for your great service!

My vehicle purchased had problems after 10 days.

I am really disappointed with my vehicle purchase made on 01/02/23. I had my car for 10 days and the vehicle stopped running and the check engine light turned on. There were 3 permanent codes that were present when I got the car scanned. When I informed the dealership of what was going on, their solution was to charge the battery. They charged the battery for me and gave me my car back and in 7 days, the same situation happened again. They replaced a few sensors and I got my car back, however, the issue was not resolved. I asked what else they could do for me and their response was take it to a mechanic. I will not do business with Ally Auto Group in the future and I would not recommend them for others looking to purchase their next vehicle.

WORTH THE TRIP!!!

My husband, Lee, and I had the BEST car buying experience EVER at Ally Auto Group!!! We ❤️ our new (to us) 2019 Rav4 Hybrid!!! Fernando Osorio and Sam were extremely helpful and polite...answering all our questions. Even though Lee is usually quite critical and picky, he will happily recommend ALLY AUTO GROUP to anybody! We got a very good deal and have made new friends. It was well worth the drive from OKLAHOMA to Texas!

Great customer service.

Lou was very helpful and patient with my toddler and I. Only issue was that the scratches weren’t fixed properly like we were told they’d be. Touch up paint didn’t match the vehicle and some of the scratches weren’t taken care of. Still absolutely love the vehicle and actually enjoyed the process since I didn’t feel rushed nor pressured.

Very Impressed!

Hands down the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle! Shawn was very friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and not pushy at all! We drove from 5 hours away and I must say it was well worth it! Will definitely be back for any future vehicle purchases! I highly recommend Ally Auto Group! :)
