Liars

On the surface, Cascade Motors seems like a good place with good people, but it’s all just a scam. I got a 2005 Subaru Forester with 115k miles for just under $10k which was bit much, but it seemed like a good car and I felt confident with all the work they said they had put into it. Long story, short… their mechanics are total liars that are lazy and/or inept. They cleared the code for the catalytic converter and it came on on my way home from the dealership. When I called them out for scamming me, they pretended to do the work, but actually just installed a “fooler” to trick me and the car into thinking the catalyst system was actually working when it still wasn’t. I called them out on the shoddy and corrupt work, but they wouldn’t even respond to me after reaching out multiple times. They are liars and cheats and everything all the stereotypes about used car dealers would suggest, but they seem legit on the surface, so watch out! Underneath that shiny exterior with the racks and rims and tinted windows is a car that will need serious work.
