New car with MISSING PART to control sliding door!

We purchased a new Honda Odyssey in 2020. The salesman, Richard Fonzi, was helpful but then we took possession of the car and right of the bat, there was a problem. The sliding doors wouldn't open properly. We found out that the part used for that purpose was missing. I contacted Richard and he transferred us over to his manager. The dealer installed the missing part but when I spoke to the supervisor and told him I was concerned about additional unknown missing parts, he said that he couldn't do anything about that and he would give us free oil change for a year. That's nice but doesn't help me because I don't know what else is missing from what is supposed to be a brand new car! And why would I take the car to be serviced at a dealership that obviously does not care if my car may be missing other parts?!!! We purchased the minivan new because we relied on the dealership to give us a safe fully functioning family car. That was not what we received. We received a car with a missing part and may not know what else is missing or what may go wrong. When reaching out to the dealership, they provided an inadequate improper response. They should have paid for an independent diagnostics of the car and made sure it was fully functional, and that no crucial safety feature was missing. They did not do that. They brushed it off hoping that something terrible does not happen. When buy a car from this dealership, in my opinion you are rolling the dice.

Greatest shopping experience

I want to start off by saying the buying process was quick and easy, I traded my Toyota cause it was just to small for my family of 5 but I didn’t want to finance. So Kim Suon showed me my options for cars and I ended up leasing a Honda Odyssey, it was perfect. And I don’t regret my decision. From start to finish, and showing me the ins and out of the new car I was pleased! Will be sending all my family and friends to kim !


Great place!

Went to this place to purchase a new car, at first I went in and had the mindset made already on what I wanted, but after speaking with Kim, my sales rep. He helped me make a better decision that would help me in the long run. I’m in love with my brand new 2021 Honda Accord. Highly recommend this place for first time buyers or any type of use for a car you’re looking for. They will do anything to help you get the best price and meet your expectations on the car you want. Amazing place.

Dishonored Warranties

Bought two extended warranties, one for my tires, and one for bumper to bumper coverage. Ask them to fix a tire that had a gouge taken out of the side but they said the gouge wasn't big enough. Asked them to fix my lumbar support and they told me the motor was covered but not the problem which was the linkage. They tried to blame the warranty company but they were the ones that sold them to my wife and I. We told them when they sold us the warranties they promised everything would be covered except for the usual wear on brakes and tire treads, but the first time we used either warranty both claims were denied. Don't buy a warranty from these people, and you would be better off buying a Honda from a different dealership. These people lie!


First experience with Honda Cars of Boston

Searching for a used truck via the internet for a couple of weeks. Zeroed in on one at HCofB. Was introduced to John Fitz. Down to earth ,loves where he works and his job. Been doing it for years. The truck was what we were looking for. After the test drive we sat done and did some numbers. Although it was a great price I couldn't just fold, had to do some haggling. Back and forth a couple of times and we had a deal. Piece of cake. I would not hesitate to recommend John and HCofB to anyone looking for a new or used car.



We bought a used car from here. $35k plus, minor issues not followed through with including provide accurate description with body scratches, life on the tires etc. We love the car because we love Honda. We had a lease with Honda and exchanged it with those guys, the finance folks are extremely shady, so please watch out on what you sign and make a copy because THEY WILL WRITE DIFFERENT TERMS ON THIER COPY, favorable terms of course. Small dollars that add up to couple of thousands. Still considering a lawsuit so please be careful
