So Disappointed

I mean, there are no words.... from the lack of communication, to the run-around. What ever they could do to avoid work... to avoid helping me... they did. Man oh man. I was very surprised, sad even.

Bad Customer Service

Went in to purchase a used chevy silverado currently own a ford 150. They came up with a trade in value $6000 less than what for the ford dealership offerd me earlier that day (i had a copy as proof showing how much i was being offered at the other dealership). After I rejected the offer and asked them to match. He stood up and went to speak to his manager. The sales man said no and threw my keys the table. Terrible!!!!

Fast and efficient emergency repair

Car engine overheated while driving so took car in for service immediately. Problem was promptly found and repaired.

Dealership nightmare

Nightmare of an experience with this dealership. Truck is still not fixed after being the shop 6-7 times. Last time it was in shop they changed what was wrong with the truck twice in one day. My husband looked at another truck he was interested in and was thinking about trading his in but they would not budge on the price or fix the paint issues correctly. Now conveniently a week later that truck’s price went from 22.5k to $19995. It took two days for them to have his service history paperwork ready when we picked his truck up to bring elsewhere. Don’t do business with this dealer. There are better dealers out there that you can feel confident with buying or having your vehicle serviced!

Auto Body Repair

I needed to take my 2013 Chevy Malibu to have repairs done after being in an accident. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. They did all the repairs in a timely matter and handled any issues with the car ins. company so I didn't need to get involved. When I picked up my car it looked as good as when I first bought it. And they handled the rental car for me. Thank you for the great service. Lannan Chevrolet exceeded all my expectations!

poor service

took my truck there three times for check engine light on . they turned the light off charged me and said its all set. I finely went to a small shop down the street had it repaired and the light hasn't came back on in a year.

Not satisfied with service at Lannan

We bought a certified used Chevy Suburban that has had lots of problems, and Lannan Chevrolet has not resolved them to our satisfaction. Misfiring engine (spake plugs?), cracked dashboard that may affect the airbags, and something electrical draining the battery that has required multiple jump starts, requires me to shut the ignition off immediately, and doesn't let the interior lights or radio stay on for 5 minutes after the engine turns off.,

From the moment I contacted the internet sales department to the final sale, everyone was absolutely wonderful to work with . I would highly recommend this dealership to purchase your next vehicle.
