First time there, great experience, Mr.

First time there, great experience, Mr.Blaine take care of my truck like was his, for the time of the estimate to the time of repair and finishing, absolutely great customer service, above and beyond the standard.

Communication was fine until I picked the van up.

Communication was fine until I picked the van up. It had a broken windshield when returned but was not broken when they took possession of the van. Then Becky said we should take it home and she would have Safelite to come fix it. A week goes by and no one ever called to fix it. I called 3 times and left messages for Becky before I finally got her on the phone. Then she tried to say I need to file it with my insurance. I said I will not. It was broken in the repair shop. She was supposed to call me back next day. No call. I left 2 messages with the manager the last two days and no return call so far. I will never use them again and this is still not resolved.

Thank you Nick Frank for addressing this issue. Once you became involved everything went as I would have expected as a customer. You ordered the windshield and called me back everytime you said you would. You answered the phone whenever I called. You did not give me a bunch of xx excuses like I got from Becky. My van looks good and drives as it should. I would recommend Bradshaw collision for repairs because I feel like the one person that caused all my discontent has been corrected.

Beginning process was average than what we experienced

Beginning process was average than what we experienced wrapping up the title and tag and final closing of buying our vehicle. Mr. Jones was very knowledgeable and answered any question we had. He sat and talked with us and showed us exact numbers and didn’t make it seem questionable. We appreciate his kindness and willing to stay late.
