The adjuster who handled my vehicle repair was Todd Ulmer

The adjuster who handled my vehicle repair was Todd Ulmer he did an excellent job and getting my vehicle repaired also I got a couple of hiccups after I picked up my vehicle and Todd took care of them right away without any questions I would recommend Bradshaw Collision Center to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired

Didnt bother to give me any information i asked about.

Didnt bother to give me any information i asked about. Just expected me to drive 4 hours to hope it was an ok car to buy. Wouldnt deal with them if i lived closer due to the poor service. I know the used car prices are up now but its not always going to be that way and the customers u xxxx off today wont be back later car dealers are a dime a dozen. Not to many good ones out there.

Customer service is good, but not great. Long wait time guarantee. Had an appointment, was sent back home to come later.

Wasn't told my coverage on rental vehicle only last 7 days and it took to long for repairs and know updates while vehicle was being repaired. I want be bringing my truck back for any service. I'll be going to another dealer.

Very nice and informative and quick process.

Very nice and informative and quick process. Not the happiest with The interest as it’s very high however our credit is poor but we have been paying a car note on time for over a year and a have a high Income butt over all very pleased with the service
