Hands down the WORST service ever. After FINALLY getting...
Hands down the WORST service ever. After FINALLY getting in touch with the service manager who PROMISED to “make it right” we are another week out and can’t get a return call much less resolution. I am blown away by just how bad this place is and how they lie over and over about what they are going to do. My husband’s brand new truck is messed up, C3-after market upgrades- swears what they put on the truck per their invoice is NOT what’s on it now. No words for how pathetic this dealership is.

We have spoken to Ken several times. He told us to “take it somewhere else.” That’s the level of service Bradshaw stands behind. Can you begin to imagine the frustration of buying a brand new truck, not being able to get it fixed, a different dealership told us that the C3 package was messed up so they wouldn’t fix it, C3 isn’t doing anything and the dealership that gladly sold it won’t even return a phone call?
