I took my truck in for the transmission. Transmission was replaced ($5,700). I am satisfied with the new transmission so far, what I wasn’t satisfied was customer care! After having my truck repaired, and having the spend that kind of money, I did expect to at least get my truck washed before it was returned to me. Some may think it’s no big deal, for me it’s a big deal!

Probably not our fault, but saying my car would be done...

Probably not our fault, but saying my car would be done and ready for pickup the next day. Then getting a phone call at 5:30 the next evening and saying it was done could pick it up the next day. The service was good, but it wasn’t ready the day that it was supposed to. It cause me to keep a friends car an extra day so she couldn’t use it. Fortunately she was understanding.

Everything was good , till I changed my mind on offer...

Everything was good , till I changed my mind on offer for $700. Service deals. Bought car friday , over weekend I thought about it. So called monday left message for Ed in finance. Called make tuesday was told Ed off today. Left another message. No return call as is tuesday. Called back Wednesday got some one else in finance, didnt get his name. Told him I changed my mind and wanted to deal and if that was possible, he said yes would you be able to come in and sign new papers, I said yes. A few hours later Ed called said it was to late, but could do it for $ 400 something. I worked at a car dealership in NJ I know it could of been done. Purchase date November 19 2021. Sorry didnt answer soon been sick. Thank you Nancy Klepacki

Worse service possible. Auto emails and texts annoying when I already shared feedback by email. Will never do business with you again. Ken Harris should be fired. I sent an email directly to him and he never responded. Not sure why I’m responding. You obviously don’t really care. You have no idea the future business and referrals you’ve lost.
