There was a little mix up in the beginning, but they worked hard to more than make up for that inconvenience. They seemed very dedicated to doing an excellent job.

I was having a very bad day. My car would not start and I needed to go to work that evening. I called the Cadillac dealer just a mile away and they wanted to schedule me for service three weeks out. They also would not honor the purchased warranty that I had on my Cadillac. I had used Bradshaw service before and never had an unhappy experience with them. I was reluctant to go there because they were a considerable distance away from me. I made an online appointment with Bradshaw Cadillac for the next day. They were full also, but I found one available appointment spot. I received a phone call from Bradshaw service to clarify my issue. I asked if I can have my vehicle towed there a day early. They agreed. I had my car towed and Terry Kitchens notified me that my car had arrived and they would look at it soon. (In my mind “soon” meant maybe in a few days.) I received a call from Terry stating my issue and that they would continue to work on it. About an hour later Terry called and said my car is ready, it only needed a battery. Test-driven, and it’s ready for pick up. Much earlier than I expected, I was very surprised. I returned my rental car and was given a ride back to Bradshaw service by your concierge service, by a very safe and personable man. I don’t remember his name, but he is the safest driver that I have ever met. Terry and your driver had exceeded my expectations and should be recognized for their great customer service. A business is only as good as its employees. Thank you, Bradshaw Cadillac.

Clay Suggs and his whole team were wonderful! They made me a priority. They were not only knowledgeable but very kind and helpful. They managed to fix my car over a holiday week when they were booked so I was able to leave South Carolina and head back to Florida on time. Thank you to everyone at Bradshaw for your help during my thanksgiving visit!

From start to finish I was informed of all the steps along the way, of what it would cost, and how long it would take, and if any recalls or other repairs our car needed. There were no surprises so I felt I had received quality service. I am very pleased with the service I received and will continue to take our car to Bradshaw from now on.

These guys were easy to work with. By the time I got there, they had all the paperwork ready and I could just sign and drive off the lot. Will gladly do business with them again.
