The staff is super courteous and professional. My car is working great and I’m happy with the work. I do have to call and find out why I was charged $200 for a battery and labor that they just replaced 3 years ago and was supposed to be under warranty. I was also charged a $20 fee for another service they said I declined.

The service was good. The only issue I had was the service guy left before my car was finished. Since he left I had to ask for someone to check on my car to see when it was going to be done.

I've been a customer of Bradshaw service since 2007, but my recent visit was the best ever. The work was handled very efficiently and even though it was a small order, it was treated like it was a priority and was completed in record time! Howard Bush was the Service Advisor who handled it and I can't say enough good things about his professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. He was obviously juggling several customers' needs simultaneously and didn't drop any balls.
