Every time I come to this dealership my experience is amazing! The atmosphere and technicians are very inviting and make you feel welcomed! Shawn takes care of me every time and he always makes me feel like he cares. He even explains everything to me so I know exactly what's going and why. I will definitely come back!

Every Bradshaw employee i have had the privilege to work...

Every Bradshaw employee i have had the privilege to work with has always treated me with respect and courteousy.. The building is always spotless and clean. The waiting rooms are warm and welcoming. They have sodas, coffee and snacks which are free to those waiting for their cars to be serviced. Vou feel like you are at home. An employee keeps you informed as to the progress of your vehicle. If the mechanic discovers an unexpected problem while servicing your vehicle, the mechanic informs your representative of said problem and details the procedure needed to correct the problem. Your representative always keeps you informed as to the progress of your vehicle and explains in detail any problem they discovered. Your representative explains the procedure and cost to repair the problem and the pros and cons of not repairing the problem, then the representative answers all your concerns about the procedure so you fully understand the problem. Then it is your decision as to what you want to do about the problem. They relay your decision to the mechanic and he either repairs or leaves the problem as it is. Most of the employees know me by name and always speak to me. The owner of Bradshaw always comes by and speaks to me. The experience of having Bradshaw service your vehicle is always pleasurable and all the employees make you feel warm and welcomed. The experience is more of a family reunion than having to go sit in a small dull room while your vehicle is being serviced. Give me the Bradshaw family any day.

Service department is a joke. Took truck in for a check...

Service department is a joke. Took truck in for a check engine light. These guys tried to bill me $4000 said I needed to replace my catalytic converter. If a cat is not working the truck will not run or will run poorly. Truck runs fine 2nd opinion was no cat needed. Took it to another place truck is fixed for the $224 and that was front brakes only the rest of the said problems was bogus. Tried to charge me $320 to rotate tires. 640$ for brake job that was only needed on front brakes. I'll never return to Bradshaw made a nice facebook post to show all my friends what a rip off this service department is showing what I was trying to be billed for. If I could give 0 stars that's what I would have put. This service department is making up problems to scalp customers. I cant say the guy Easton was a bad dude but the commission mechanics aren't his fault. I'll take the 106 diagnosis fee I paid on the chin I guess.... last money my family or friends will ever spend at Bradshaw.
