James was wonderful! An outstanding salesman all around! He didn’t pressure us, he was personable and funny, and I’d buy from him again. Great guy!

They helped me better than anyone else. They also didn’t act pushy like other dealerships do. Their conduct is what ultimately made the choice for me.

I am not sure about the dealership as a whole. But if Terry Kitchens and Tony Bentley are an example of the dealership. It’s great!

Good visit just took about an hour and a half for an oil...

Good visit just took about an hour and a half for an oil change and a inspection. Surely the inspection doesn’t take and hour to perform.

Car buying was a relatively easy process. Selection of Cadillacs was perfect and we got a beauty. Don Abney is a great salesman and we’ve bought lots of vehicles from him at Bradshaw.

I had my 2019 Silverado in for more recalls with the...

I had my 2019 Silverado in for more recalls with the antilock brakes and check engine light was on and they had to fix my drivers side window for the 2nd time. Terry was helpful and kind. The guy who was supposed to shuttle me home left me sitting in the waiting room. They said he left with one lady so after waiting for a hour I walked home 2.3 miles because I had to get to my van so I wasn’t late to work. Wasn’t happy. I’m not happy with my experience with Chevy trucks. I never had these problems with my other brand truck. Issues started within the first 1500 miles and continue at now 10,000 miles. I miss my problem free Ford trucks!

good job

got a complimentary car wash which was great but a wash should come with a vacuum, should it not? server was very pleasant...made a phone call for me. everyone was nice.car was ready when she said it would be.
