We had an excellent experience here. We drove 150+ miles and will drive back on our next vehicle purchase. The process was smooth and exceeded expectations. The only thing I would change is the detail department the vehicle seemed to be wiped clean to look good and not detailed in the nooks and crannies.

Great Exoerience
I was able to purchase a car remotely from Cleveland, OH with the help of Patrick, Don, Kayla. Great support from them during my purchase experience. All papers were Fed Ex'd to me and a returned in a Fed Ex provided. My car is waiting at Bradshaw Automotive until my return from Cleveland. Thanks, Bradshaw Automotive for a great experience. Everything went very smoothly and couldn’t have been a better experience. Zack and Joe kept me up to date throughout the whole process and I would definitely recommend Bradshaw for all your service needs. The video sent showing what needed repair was a nice touch as well and unique in my experience.

Social distancing? Face masks?
Well less than half of the astaff followed CDC guidelines. Many who had facemasks, had them UNDER their chin! Obviously of no value (and looks silly) several associates were gathered together in very close proximity, totally violating social distancing guidelines. My service person only put on her mask-which was sitting uselessly on her desk- after I requiested it, and then reluctantly. Have these people had any training on disease transmission? I have further service needed on our car, but I will choose a location that is respectful of others.

My second car purchase with Bradshaw. Each time the process as been easy and painless. Tony Bentley listen to me and found the perfect automobile. We are so happy with our purchase and the service we received. John Karvelas, in sales, is very helpful and patient, not pushy! He gave us the time we needed to make a decision along with many options! John went over everything, gave us information, made it easier to make the right decision on the vehicle we wanted. He listened to us!! Shawn Crowell, in the service area, is very thorough. He went over the whole vehicle with us, told us what to expect when we come for service. We like that we have our own personal service person. If we need something we call Shawn. We enjoyed our car buying experience with them! We would certainly consider buying another vehicle from them.
