Your oil changes are way over priced..service people were nice and attentive though..pretty fast too

Very efficient and organized.

Very efficient and organized. The associate who managed it, Mr. Kitchens, was helpful. Only issue I had was he spoke to me about possible issues with my rear brakes that he recommended we just need to watch at present, but on my service receipt form, it noted that brake service was recommended but declined. I saw it only after I returned home and called Mr. Kitchens; he stated that the software prints it like that, and was very reassuring, but I am concerned that it appears that I declined a very important service.

We just purchased a car this week and had the BEST

We just purchased a car this week and had the BEST experience!! Cody Taylor was so helpful (as always, it’s not our first car purchased from him) and Mr. Ernest Jones, Sr. Was so experienced and knowledgeable! We appreciate everything they did for us, and we adore both of them so much!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for putting us in a safe and reliable car! We always appreciate the financial advisor was was working that night and helping us also!

Great friendly staff; we had 3 cars needing recall and service work and Ashley Duncan did a fantastic job setting everything up, keeping us in the loop on things and made it smooth transposition swapping 3 cars out. Good professional customer service.
