My car had a complex problem of all 4 drains from the sunroof dumping large quantities of water inside my car causing repeated carpet damage. Becky and her team were able to analyze the source problem and provide a permanent fix by extending the existing plastic drains, shortened by 23 years of expansion and sadly permanent contraction causing the extensive interior damage. They were able to save my carpet, cleaning and sanitizing it in all areas. I was so pleased with the results and great service provided. After the heavy rains last night, all interior and trunk is perfectly dry today!
