Earl Wirgau was very friendly and quickly sped me through the process of buying the car, despite the fact that he had an unusually high number of customers. He explained everything very clearly. I had talked to him several weeks ago about what I was looking for, the bench seating particularly and he found a car that was just right. Ed Donald did a fine job of speeding me through the finance part of the process. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had.

My husband and I came in and purchased a Chevy Cruz on Monday, November 18, 2013. Our salesperson was Chris Bocchino and Ernest Jones handled all of our finances and paperwork. Both Chris and Ernest were true professionals in their jobs and helped to make our experience with our new purchase at Bradshaw Automotive very pleasant. We have no problem recommending Bradshaw Automotive Dealership and salesperson Chris Bocchino to our friends and family. Very friendly and professional dealership.

I purchased a vehicle with high miles, but was assured that the service department went over every vehicle. Unfortunately, after about three weeks of driving the vehicles transmission started acting up. I now have a check engine light and am having to put the vehicle in the shop for repairs. I feel as though this was an underlying issue that was missed by the dealership! When asking the salesman about any help, i was told they couldn't. Oh, but He did say that He was Sorry.....

Earl is a very comptent sales person and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He is NOT a "pushy" sales person. Excellent experience with the financial department.

I saw a vehicle listed on the internet and inquired. Don Abney's response was prompt and courteous. Don was friendly and eager to work a deal but not eager in a way that was pushy or overly aggressive. I felt comfortable talking with him regarding structuring and completing the process. I was introduced to and talked with the service department and the finance guy. I forgot the names but was very satisfied with both departments, their attentiveness, and their desire to not only earn my business but lay the ground work for potentially earning my future business. Overall, my experience with this dealership and their employees was very good and I would not hesitate to refer people to the dealership or to Don Abney.

I was greeted by the nicest lady at the receptionist desk in new car showroom.She called Craig Collins, he came to escort me to the used car area. I described the SUV I saw on the internet, which he was very familiar with. We worked out an amazing deal which included my trade in and before I knew it, I was DONE! I drove away in a Toyota RAV 4, BEAUTIFUL!!! This experience was no fluke: my son bought a truck 2 months earlier and had the same experience. We are Bradshaw believers! Craig walks the walk and talks the talk! AMEN

I contacted the dealer from an internet ad. The first person I spoke with (Todd) was very helpful and fast in finding me a great deal. He did everything he promised over the phone. Mike was very helpful and courteous in showing us the vehicle specs. We were very happy with our experience in buying our first new car with Bradshaw!

I have never been so pleased in buying a car and I have purchased many cars in my lifetime of 80 years. This dealership went out of their way to find the exact vehicle that I was looking for . Compared to the blue book value with all of the extra that I requested, I got more than a fair price.It is the first time I did not have to negotiate for the price I wanted. The dealership and my salesman, Matt Burnette were a pleasure to deal with.
