Bradshaw service department rip people off they don't put all people parts back on people cars when they call they self fixing it and expect for people to pay then again for the same thing they messed up

I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service at Bradshaw. My husband and I were traveling from GA to NJ when he hit an object lying in the road on Rt85 northbound just before exit 92.The object ruined the front passenger run flat tire and we had to stop immediately on the side of the road where there was no shoulder. After calling several places trying to find a tire, I reached Bryan in the parts department at Bradshaw. He was very helpful. He was my first glimmer of hope for what I thought was going to be a total nightmare. He explained that he might be able to get a tire later in the afternoon, but definitely by the next morning. When we arrived at Bradshaw, again what I thought was going to be a nightmare kept getting better. I was introduced to Clay in the service department. Clay when above and beyond. He got someone to pick up the tire, had the shuttle take us to a nearby restaurant and pick us up while the car was being serviced. I thought my home Cadillac dealership Holman’s in Mt. Laurel NJ was good, but Bradshaw wins hands down and the best dealership. I was so impressed, I wanted to take pictures, but didn’t want to seem invasive. I would love to thank everyone at Bradshaw for there award winning staff and service.

I came in for my first oil change and vehicle check. I was courteously checked in, after which I was taken to the waiting area and offered refreshments and told about how long it would take to complete my service appointment. Mr. Service Advisor was very cordial and listened to my concerns. He addressed and answered my questions in a sincere manner.

Bradshaw offers excellent service, professional, and friendly staff. They keep you informed of the time and informed of any changes that might occur to your service. They make excellent recommendations without overcharging
