Courteous, quick, complete. Gave more than fair price on my trade in. Best price around on the vehicle I was looking for.

Great truck, easy and quick process.

Great truck, easy and quick process. What else could you ask for? I’m going to be honest, the dealership was great. I did purchase an $84k truck and everything went smooth. My only complaint centers around verbal promises. I stated that I wanted a durable roll up bed cover added to the deal, I questioned if the dealer could add one as a part of the purchase. Salesman came back stating they would through it in, it was just before Christmas and whomever the salesman talked to in the back was in “the spirit”. We proceeded through the deal and when I asked about the cover, it was not longer offered. Why even tell me that if you’re not going to offer it. Seemed a bit misleading, but I love the truck.

Our salesman is knowledgeable and respectful. Other staff....finance, customer service and service department are courteous and knowledgeable as well. Facility is well-maintained.

Vehicle service was fine.

Vehicle service was fine. You may want to revisit your scheduling of your courtesy ride I waited about 1-1/2 hours in the morning when I dropped off my truck. Then another 2 hrs at the end of the day for a return ride back to the dealership. I’m not putting this on your driver. Just scheduling his activities.

Still don't have my key that I was supposed to get three

Still don't have my key that I was supposed to get three months ago. Still waiting on it and I've had two different surgery since then.
