Brought back in new truck to get the former truck bed

Brought back in new truck to get the former truck bed cover put on at 9:30. Was told would take about one hour. Waited and waited around 11 had to locate (name) and asked on the status. Told should be done soon he would check on status. He never returned. At 12:18 went to finance office and ask what is going on? He paged (name). I walked out to lobby and here comes (name) with the truck suddenly. He said when they finished the truck they never told him. Not the way to begin this new truck dealer relationship. Follow up knowing customer is waiting is part of customer service; especially after you have set expectations twice. Felt like a trip to the ER on a busy afternoon . Hoping in the future this service relationship will improve.

I like how they set a time and are ready for you when you

I like how they set a time and are ready for you when you get there. They get your vehicle back, do the work correctly and in a timely manner, and you are on your way. If something is supposed to take a while, they let you know so you can plan accordingly. The service people are friendly and helpful and Mike Wehunt rocks!!
