Had service performed on other vehicles at this dealership in the past. First purchase here yesterday Initial contact was with Jeff (GSM) He had Cedric handle sales paperwork. Then to Ernest (Finance Mgr.) Extremely pleasant, professional people. Highly recommend this dealership

After oil change my engine light came after about 30

After oil change my engine light came after about 30 minutes called consultant no answer , left a message no return call. I brought car back in . He immediately said oil change had nothing to do with oil change. Used code machine on stated a misfire somewhere. Offered a diagnostic fee of 131.00 to find out problem. Asked if I wanted to leave my car. Told him no.

Good afternoon Zach, Thanks for your quick response. I took my car to another dealership and the code came up the same a misfire. They cleared it out and stated that if he comes back on, we could dig deeper. I have two vehicles that I bring to Bradshaw for Service this is the first time that I have had any issues that was not solved to my satisfaction. I also have purchased two vehicles from Bradshaw. I felt like Adam did not give the issue the attention that was needed before he offered me the option to leave my car and pay diagnostic fee.

Extremely thorough and customer friendly and did not keep

Extremely thorough and customer friendly and did not keep me the customer haggling. I felt the deal was done in the correct amount of time; extremely happy with this. The customer reps through the web was very curious and knowledgeable. I was pleased.

You really need a self checkout option so I can skip all

You really need a self checkout option so I can skip all the bs. I had the check in my hand to buy what I wanted at agreed price already did all the paperwork as Jerel put it in the text he sent me I came at a bad time. You lost my business never coming back don’t contact me again
