100 degree heat, wife not happy after 15 mins, Santos does everything possible to make her feel comfortable, shows us vehicle we went to see, she didn't like it so we drive down to gainesville store, Santos meets us there. Brings out the GMC Envoy, she loves it, he produces all paperwork with numbers and talks with Manager Sergio on phone to make us happy. Sergio lowers the payment to fit our budget no questions asked, just like that done deal! Back to Cummings Lot sign papers and we are out and she is happy once again. Huge shot out to Eric Welsh for setting it all up while he is on vacation, THATS MY CAR GUY RIGHT THERE!!!!! Thank You all who gave us 5 Star Service !!!!!!!!

This beautiful Ford Fusion is the Second Purchase I have made with Auto Gallery in less than a year and I could not see myself doing business anywhere else. My salesman Alex took the time to listen and was very knowledgeable of his inventory. I talked, he listened and brought me exactly the car I was searching for. Sergio work quickly and diligently and found me the best deal he could. (better than I expected)Ivey was efficient with the documents and very friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a used car to check out this dealer. I was nervous about going in to get a car financed because of past credit issues and they handled it very well. I went in, looked at some cars, filled out a credit app and was driving my new car with in hours. And everyone from the manager, finance people and sales rep was awesome!

We were completely ripped off!! We were assured that the truck we purchased had gone through a thorough inspection, as they say all of theirs do. We were also assured that all was great. Two weeks later the transmission had to be REPLACED NOT REPAIRED. A Ram dealership did the repair. We were told by Auto Gallery that we were out of luck because we purchased the truck "as is". Yea, we purchased "as is" with the assurance that there were no issues. We are currently working with a newscaster to expose their crooked habit. We hope to have the segment ready for tv soon

My husband had been looking for a truck for about 6 months. The truck he was looking for had to be perfect in all aspects for him to trade in his existing vehicle that had a lot of sentimental value to him. Eric Welsh communicated with my husband constantly...trying to help him find the truck of his dreams. During this time, Eric kept in mind and studied all the things that seemed to be important to my husband along the way. We happen to be on an outing where we ran into Eric and we saw Eric's personal truck. My husband looked it over and Eric noted all the things that attracted my husband's attention. Two days later, Eric called me with the perfect truck! This truck matched Eric's almost to the T (besides color and a few bells/whistles that Eric knew didn't interest my husband). Eric was able to locate a 2014 Ram 1500 Tradesman 4x4 Crew Cab 5.7 Ltr Hemi. White in color (which is the same color as our existing truck) with low mileage (under 30k) I talked to Eric at length about terms for the financing. Where our numbers needed to be with our trade and that we could not go one penny over the payment I was requesting. He agreed to meet me with the truck to show my husband. My husband fell in love with the truck immediately....after sleeping on it, he decided that he wanted the truck and asked Eric to work up the deal. Eric kept in mind our chat about terms. Even though my husband requested GAP and Extended Warranty...Eric was still able to get the payments under (not match) but under the figure I gave him originally. Eric got us great financing...Eric even was able to beat the interest rate given to us by our Credit Union by a whole point! Plus gave us a great deal for our trade! This is the second great deal Eric has worked up for our family. He was also able to put our daughter in a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with low mileage and crazy low payments about 2 months ago. I would completely recommend Auto Gallery in Cumming if you are looking for the car of your dreams. Eric and his staff will work with you to get the terms you are comfortable with. Eric has gone out of his way, above and beyond what we expected. He treated us like family! He treated my daughter like family!

Alex Mora was a great person to deal with. He knew his product and was extremely helpful. He made sure that we were happy and confident with our purchase. Eric Welsh greeted us on our first visit and asked if Alex was taking good care of us and was available if we needed anything. Sergio Coreno, do not expect him to negotiate. He would not come down one penny. He never came out to meet us or try to talk to us regarding the price. If was not for Alex and Eric we would have walked away. Velda Gonzalez was efficient in processing our paperwork. Gustavo came out to meet us when we picked up the car and explained services that had been done and offered us a discount on an oil change. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend Alex Mora to anyone.
