Love the lounge chairs!
Love the lounge chairs! Your people are caring and friendly always! A suggestion: I sat reading for 21/2 hours while waiting for my car service. I always enjoy that time to relax or read. The use of cell phone was absolutely rude and inconsiderate by 4 people all at the same time! I could not believe the level of inconsideration I witness! I doubt I was alone with this observation. 1.One man sitting next to me had his speaker on so loud I could hear the conversation while I was trying to read. 2 another woman played all her messages with her speaker on! The entire room heard them all. 3. Another woman, speaking in another language carried on a laughing conversation loudly without any regard to the others in the room.. 4. Four other customers I could see not happy with the on going rudeness of people who had no clue to how rude they were and didn?t seem to care! The privacy of others was disregarded. Maybe the other customers were sitting there who needed a time to rest and be quiet would have been nice. Was very surprised ! Never saw this to such a degree before. I am wondering why Toyota allows this. Doctor offices do not allow this nor do restaurants. It was a beautiful day they could have easily stepped outside . You have a few benches outside they could have gone to. I think Toyota should discuss a fairer way to support all customers. I think most people who could have viewed the situation would have been very surprised hearing all that going on at once would have thought this an infringement on a place that should be quiet. We are all customers but this should not be allowed. I seldom complain or write any negative comments but I felt this strongly! Was hard for me to believe what I watched. Thanks for taking this under consideration for the future. It may not be perfect but something should be done. Nothing to do with Toyota service but you may want to consider ways to prevent this from escalating. Every other service you provide speaks A plus. This was not consideration for others at all. It totally does not match the rest of your service. Thank you for the opportunity to share this concern.

Facility very well-maintained.
Facility very well-maintained. Staff is very courteous. Shuttle service is very helpful. Overall, the experience was excellent. I recommend IR Toyota Hyannis location and give five stars.
