Excellent customer service especially the convenience of a shuttle back and forth from my house. Jonathan was very friendly and knowledgeable and Ray the driver was a pleasure to talk too.

I was treated well from the beginning.

I was treated well from the beginning. Chris Santos followed up right away and gave me his complete attention and was very informative and knowledgeable. Although we had to wait to get the car we wanted, Chris kept me informed and let me know when the car was going to be delivered. The whole process was easy. Everyone I met at the dealer - Christine, Louise, Chris, and Dutch - was friendly and helpful. Recommend this dealer for Toyotas.

Too much structure and little sense of social engagement.

Too much structure and little sense of social engagement. Service is somewhat predatory trying to find ways to increase revenue. Waiting rooms are not pleasing and there are no loaner cars available.

Convenient and excellent service. Easy shuttle to and from my home. Pleasant and helpful service. Assistant Service Manager Chris Keddington was accommodating, friendly, and helpful.
