The truck advertised had multiple deep scratches.
The truck advertised had multiple deep scratches. It had holes from a previous install on the top of the bed. I realized why images are from afar. I spent $1,500 on flight and hotel what was suppose to be one way. After so many lies, I just wanted out of that dealership.

Long story short and short story interesting, view my email communications, and decide for yourself…..Good morning! Me: My BCU rate is 5.24. In order to finalize the deal I am asking for 1. The recall be performed 2. 2 keys for the truck and bed cover 3. Sale price $58,000 4. Trade in $38,000. I am waving any additional warranties. Let me know when if have deal. Them: The updated sheet has been prepared, and I will verify the second key for you. Kindly note that bed covers can be purchased at your own expense, as our online prices are already our best price. Additionally, I will arrange for the vehicle to be sent to Chevrolet to rectify the recall. Respectfully, TUCKER SAYE JR. Me: Good morning/afternoon! Mr. Hatchett it was a pleasure meeting and talking to you on yesterday, and I look forward to doing business with you in future. I like and respect you, which is why I allow Tucker to waste so much of my time on yesterday, in any other scenario I would not have allowed that to happen. Now, as far as the truck is concerned I made a very reasonable offer that Tucker didn’t agree to. I respect his decision and stance, and with that being said we do not have a deal. Them: I sincerely apologize if you feel that we have wasted your valuable time, as that was certainly not our intention. Our primary aim was to secure the best possible rate for you, and we tried our utmost to do so. We were able to offer you the desired amount for your trade-in vehicle; however, it is unfortunately not feasible for us to further discount our vehicle and simultaneously cover the additional $1500 cost for a bed cover. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity you have provided us to earn your business and your time spent considering our offer. Respectfully,TUCKER SAYE JR. Me: Sir. It is my belief, you misunderstood what it was I was asking. The truck already has a bed cover on it. I was wanting both Keys for the truck, as well as both keys/remotes for the truck bed.(This is a 2024 with 4K miles, they should have both set of keys/remotes on hand). Them: I have reviewed your request; however, I am unable to accommodate the requested adjustment to the sales price while also providing an additional key and remote. Respectfully,TUCKER SAYE JR In closing no deal essentially over $2k, assuming they do have both set of keys on hand. You all decide if my offer was reasonable. If so, and you are looking to make a reasonable offer this may not be the dealership for you.
