better than awesome
Even though we dropped by at a super busy time on a Saturday afternoon two days before memorial day (and that just to look around!) our sales professional, Mo Beidoun, went the extra mile to please us. Mo is an exceptional sales advisor and we were glad that it was he who served us! You don't see many sales persons who are authentically (!!!) passionate about their "product" (a BMW X1 325i, in this case!) and care about their customers -- and I mean really care and not just pretend to because it is expected... Mo made us feel very comfortable and special, and we actually ended up buying our new BMW at that day instead of waiting until August as planned! :)

Q is not a question but all Answers.
Mr. Q assisted me in my X5 purchase. He answered all my questions via emails and phone calls, while other sales folks demanding my presence to start a conversation. Mr. Q has vast knowledge in BMW models and he explained me differences and features of X5 that I bought. It was a very pleasant experience and I signed the papers in less than 45 minutes, which is less than drive time from Grand Rapids to Ann Arbor. Typically Q stands for Question, but in this case it turned out to be answers to all my questions on BMW. Thanks for all your help Q.

Dusty always tries to anticipate my needs (appointment times, need for a loaner or ride after drop off or to come back to pick up my car, etc.) and is always up front about what my car needs and how long it will take.

Excellent used car buying experience
Alex was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt very comfortable working with him, knowing I wasn't being jerked around or pushed into buying a car. The whole experience was rather effortless and as a result I am a more than happy owner of a immaculate 135i! I'd highly recommend working with Alex if you have the opportunity to do so.

Poor experience
I traveled from out of state to buy a car from here and the salesman told me I should come at a certain time and should be out in less than an hour, since we had already agreed on a used car and I was paying cash. I had also told them that I did not have much time as the drive alone was more than a couple of hours each way. Once I got there, it was one thing after another of delaying tactics, as they had only one finance clerk who could only see one customer at a time. I waited for nearly three hours for a literally 10 minute transaction. I also felt that the manager was cocky, who eventually apologized when I complained and offered me a free car wash in future knowing that I was from out of town.

Great personalized service
My experience with BMW of Ann Arbor has always been great. Booking the service appointment was professional and easy. When I arrived for the service Dusty greeted me in a professional,friendly and timely manner. Service was done promptly and car was delivered in a spotless manner. Personalized, professional service and attention
My experiences with the Ann Arbor BMW dealership have been fantastic. I have had positive interactions with Dereck West, Carol and Mark-all friendly and top rate! By far I've worked with Dereck most frequently however, and he has such a kind and thoughtful demeanor and truly has a 'no problem" attitude about anything that has come up with my car's service needs. Whether I've had pre-arranged service or driven in with a last minute question about something, Dereck has always been pleasant and truly professional regarding my car's needs. Great Service
I've had service on an older BMW and regular maintenance on a new BMW. The service was great for both, Derek gave a good breakdown of what needed to be done and the time frame for completing the maintenance. He made sure I had a ride to and from work. Everyone I encountered was friendly and polite.
