<<Possible Identity Theft & Unethical Pricing Practices>> I contacted this dealership about a new vehicle. The sales rep confirmed availability and sent me a full out-the-door quote in writing. After a couple of days, once I decided to move forward and sent them my photo ID, SUddenly, they added a $12,000 markup to the original price. The timing is extremely suspicious — no mention of a markup until after they received my personal information. This raises serious concerns about both pricing transparency and the potential misuse of my ID. Very disappointed and strongly caution others to be careful with what personal info you share with this dealership. If this was not identity-related, it is still an extremely dishonest and manipulative sales practice.

Moe has provided the best service I have ever
Moe has provided the best service I have ever experienced! He explained everything in very details, helped as much as possible and never let me go back home without the car, my appointment was on Saturday and my bank was closed but he helped me to work this out via another one. Helped with insurance and made it all in just seconds. I am extremely glad and thankful for him! Moe is the employee everyone should have in their company. This man is full of energy, positivity, kindness and professionalism! I appreciate you Moe and I am thankful for all again and again! Also: he stayed longer after the shift was over in order to make sure all was handled and done! PS: good sense of humor and I loved the fact that he is a huge UFC fan !
