Avoid at all cost

Lured me in for a bait and switch wasted a good portion of my saturdy Claim they sold the vehicle before I got there. I figure if there willing to lie to me about that they would be willing to lie about most things which makes me not trust or recommend them.

Worst experience of my life!

I ordered a car from them in August 2020 and found out when I called in January 2021 that the order has been “cancelled” although they never notified me and still haven’t returned my deposit. The Sales Manager hasn’t even bothered to call and explain. Shameful way to run a business.

extremely dissappointed

Drove almost 3 hrs to purchase a vehicle. The car was filthy. Spilt beverage in the drink holder, dirt on floor mats, underneath the hood it looked like it had been driven down dirt roads for months. There were spots of dirt on the dashboard. There was a serious pull to the left when driving down the road. Extremely disappointed. Serious waste of our time. BTW this was an 18,000 vehicle.

DISHONEST and OVER-DIAGNOSING repairs

I went to Suburban's service center to assess my car's recall and to have my non-functioning AC fixed. They recommended new wiring and a system recharge totaling $1,200! The damage was quoted as RODENT damage which, conveniently, is NOT covered under the warranty. As my car is hardly 3 years old and has 28,000 miles on it I took it in for a second opinion - the new mechanic saw the wires, said it was obviously NOT rodent damage, and repaired them in 30 minutes. I was charged a mere $80 and now have fully function AC. When confronted, Suburban would not admit that it was FRAUDULENT for them to quote me for a $1,200 repair when the wires could have simply been soldered together. I asked for a refund for my diagnostic test and they claimed it was diagnosed correctly even though it was clearly NOT rodent damage. They are not honest and over diagnose repairs! What a great day to save $1,120!!!!!!!

Worst Custmer Service!

I have left three calls requesting a call back from general manager. On the third call I asked the operator if he was in the office and was assured he was. Have yet to receive a call back (30 hours since initial call)! I then called the sales manager. Was told I would receive a call back by the end of the business day yesterday or else first thing this morning. I finally called him at 11am today requesting a call back. It’s now almost 4pm and I have yet to receive a call. Finally this afternoon I called the finance manager. After talking to him, I was told I needed to speak to another department. He transferred me and I left yet another voicemail! After no return call two hours later, I called this person again. 4.8 out of 5 stars how? Must be for local buyers!

I’m a potentional out of state buyer had a check to pay for the used car paid out of my pocket to get the check over night and told the sales woman that and sales manager! They would not let me put a deposit down to secure the car and they would not hold the car for me unless I electronically sent them the money! Why would I do that when I’m 800 miles away I’ve never seen or driven the car and on top of that the salesperson just quit responding then boom all of sudden the sales manager calls and says the car is sold after I went through all the trouble to get the funds together so my problem is lack of communication and how they treat potential out of state buyers!!!!!!

Stephany worked really hard to make sure the car was exactly what I was looking for. I was very specific with my requirements and she made sure I was taken care of. It was a rainy day & she had my car in the showroom so I could inspect it thoroughly before taking it for a drive. I was impressed with her attention to detail!

Update - Disappointed

Two months after buying a used 2016 Ford Escape we are very disappointed in our purchase. Our expectation was that a reputable dealership that advertises its quality care and inspection of used vehicles wouldn't sell us a vehicle in poor condition. In the first week owned the vehicle we had to change the oil, the vehicle was out of antifreeze, a wiper blade flew off the vehicle and we found out the brakes need to be replaced. The worst example of poor maintenance was when my teenage son went to step on the brake and his foot slipped off due to there not being a rubber brake pedal cover. The brake pedal was metal and his shoe was wet from the rain. We went to what we thought was a reputable dealership for a used car for our teenager to commute 70 miles a day for high school. We have spent over $600 since purchasing the car in late August.
