As far as the Key goes we only provide what was traded in with the vehicle in order to keep the selling prices as low as possible. Mike said he looked in to helping you get another Key and it is not available from any of our vendors. Mike was told is is a Dealer only item. I hope you enjoy this vehicle for years to come:)

Scott has been fantastic, going above and beyond! I had mechanical issues shortly after purchasing my jeep. Scott replied in a timely manner with the warranty information I need to get the vehicle fixed locally (I live 3hrs north of the dealership). Unfortunately, my local repair shop (also a Chrysler dealership) could not diagnose the issue, wanted to charge an exorbitant amount ($4,700) for what they "thought" was wrong, and refused to utilize my warranty coverage towards the 4hrs of diagnostic time. Scott worked with the warranty company to not only cover the cost of repairs (only $500) and got reimbursement for what I was charged by my local repair shop. In addition, he had my vehicle delivered back to me once the repairs were complete. I highly recommend this dealership for all your purchases and unfortunate repairs. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and acted professionally. Definitely worth the drive for quality service and peace of mind if things go wrong.

Good people. Easy to deal with, wasn't pushy at all. Honest about what to expect, what payments would realistically be. Made recommendations about what they have seen people wish they would have added but never pushed. They acually call you back when they say they will to give you an answer.

Signed and Agreed to buy a used Jeep on a Friday night if
Signed and Agreed to buy a used Jeep on a Friday night if they were able to get an extra $1000 for our trade. Manager Said that they would try and get more for our trade on Monday. Hadn’t heard from the sales person on Monday so I texted him and said they sold the Jeep on Saturday. Told me that just because I signed saying I would buy it didn’t matter because they don’t hold vehicles. Never asked for a deposit or told us that it wouldn’t be held. Beyond upset. We had Set up insurance and financing already. Drove over an hour down there twice to look at it.

I called the used car manager and the general manager and left voicemails with them both on Monday. They never called back. Also, you never told me who to contact at that number. So when I called it was just the main number to the dealer. Like I said, we left messages with the used car manager and the general manager on 6/20/22 and neither of them felt it was Important enough to call us back.
