Dana is my go to guy whether its for my commercial

Dana is my go to guy whether its for my commercial vehicles or my personal. All of Suburban staff is above average compared to my experiences with other makes but when it comes time to sign the paperwork it's Dana that I want on the other side of the desk, He goes above and beyond to make sure I am completely satisfied.

This wasn't the friendliest experience.

This wasn't the friendliest experience. I was treated poorly and the communication was terrible. I let it be known that I was in a situation and needed to be in a vehicle by days end at 11am. The car wouldn't start. There was no follow up. Then I had to contact him before the end of the day at 5p (they close at 6p) and still wasn't given a good update on what needed to be done. I was like extracting teeth to get an update. This was a terrible experience and I was depending on Lou. I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted, now I just want to shop somewhere where I'll get better treatment.

Lou was very easy to work with and very efficient.

Lou was very easy to work with and very efficient. I walked in after noon, test drove a certified pre-owned vehicle with a great price, traded in my current vehicle and was back on the road by 4pm the same day. They even gave me more for my trade than other dealers offered.

This has to be the worse ford service department I’ve

This has to be the worse ford service department I’ve ever been to. I can’t even get a live person on the phone and they’ve had my car about 3x longer that they told me it would be. I will NEVER be using this dealership again. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other Ford dealership in the area.

Laurie is the greatest to deal with at Suburban.

Laurie is the greatest to deal with at Suburban. She’s so personable and outgoing that it makes even just the looking process exciting. I came up with the saying “Laurie doesn’t make a sale for the money, she makes a sale for a life long friend and customer”. She works tirelessly and is determined to help you find exactly what you want and never gives up. But, the best part is that she treats every customer like they’re her only customer. If you truly want the best buying experience Laurie is your go to at Suburban Ford of Waterford. 10/10 recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Took my van in for an oil change and gave them four days

Took my van in for an oil change and gave them four days to complete, went to pick it up on Friday and nothing had been done. Needless to say I'm terribly disappointed with this visit and probably won't be back.
