Stuart Smith signs people up with bad warranties that are

Stuart Smith signs people up with bad warranties that are not valid, and then he does nothing to make it right! He knows that the warranty is invalid and he has not reached out to me to fix this issue meanwhile my car needs service, and my money has been put into a warranty that is no good. I have called and left messages. I have called and they would hang up on me. They have no dignity. Even the sales person Florian (Flo) has been unhelpful in this matter and it is an awful feeling to be treated this way after giving my hard earned money to these people. If they every offer you a Lithia warranty please do not take it. There should be criminal actions taking place behind this, because they robbed me! They robbed me first of my money, and now I have no security of a warranty for my vehicle. They have not worked with me to get this resolved hence it’s not been resolved they won’t even call me back! I have been waiting since November 8th to hear from Stuart it is November 17th? No one has tried to help me?!?

Advertising cars they don’t have available.

Advertising cars they don’t have available. I completed the “Express” checkout process online to buy the vehicle, and received a prompt phone call when they opened the following morning to come test drive / finish buying it. Then an hour later received another phone call that the vehicle had in fact been sold, where they tried to then start selling me something completely different. I have previously purchased from the Suburban group three different times, not sure I’m coming back after this experience.

I’ve been buying my cars from suburban since 2011.

I’ve been buying my cars from suburban since 2011. I recommended this place to all my family and friends. Always had a great service. Recently I bought a second car for myself and Shawn was my sales person. I liked a car that I wanted to buy but it needed some work done and Shawn GUARANTEED that all that work will be done by a week. So I gave him a week. Called him the day that I was suppose to pick up my car but no answer. Called the dealership many times no one answered. Left a massage to the used car manager Matthew MacEachern and still no call back. So I called the service manager Douglas to see what’s going on actually, he then told me that he just got the parts for the car after almost two weeks sitting there. Douglas was nice about it and understand my frustration and went talk to Shawn then shawn called me back and told me that it will be ready by Friday noon. I called him back Friday to pick it up then he said that he’s getting the car ready and will call me back in 5 mins but he never did. Saturday I went to the dealership to pick it up, made me wait half hour so I asked to speak with a manager then Matthew came out to tell me that the car is still not ready yet. It will be ready Monday. They kept the car for almost a month and still couldn’t fix the reverse camera and I ordered a driver sit headrest for replace, it has been 4 months still no call back on that. After having this kind of experience, I honestly won’t go back there or send anyone there. It got real bad and no communication. Don’t believe anything that they say. They will literally lie to you about anything just so they can sell a car to you. Scammers!!!

The entire sales process at your dealership was

The entire sales process at your dealership was tremendous. I thought the sales person that I had Anthony Abdullah was the best. He was very knowledgeable and extremely professional.I felt no pressure and he also secured my financing through Driveway. I would certainly recommend your dealership and Anthony to my family and friends.

Lazy crooks

me if I was leasing or buying?!?! This was done months ago. He had me running outside when I was working so I could take pictures of my license plate?. xxx? Terrible management terrible service. I ordered my car in may and had to call the dealership to let them know they had my car. When I called he nonchalantly asked me when do you want to pick it up? UM WHEN IT GOT TO YOUR DEALERSHIP!!!!! I was then told to text pictures of my license plate... That makes no sense. I sat in the dealership for hours to do what could of taken 45 minutes at best. I have never had a car buying experience so terrible. They had the nerve to send me a copy of a customer review they had already filled out giving themselves 10 Stars that I cannot change. No one has reached out or apologized for any of this mess.

Wonderful service from Matthew.

Wonderful service from Matthew. He went above & beyond to get me into my Wrangler. I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Village, but will be buying all of my Jeeps from Matthew moving forward. He is so knowledgeable about all Chrysler products, but I feel confident in trusting him to find me the best of what’s out there…

Worst service experience ever

Worst service experience ever!!! I have been a loyal customer with Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy service center for many years and there have been a few minor issues with your service department, but nothing mayor.  This time our experience was so extremely bad that I am considering not doing any future business with dealership again.  My wife brought a Mopar coupon for an oil change for 29.95 USD for the synthetic oil change with her to the service which I just downloaded the same day from the Mopar WEB page.  I kind of can accept that the coupon was not accepted (also it has been accepted in the past) because the fine print indicates that the offer is valid for an oil change up to 5 quarts of oil and my Grand Cherokee needs 5.9 quarts of oil. Also the same fine pint of the coupon stats that “… additional charges may be applied for engines with oil capacity that exceeds 5 quarts …”  I think it is absolutely out of any logical context that the cost for the oil change increases form 29.95 USD for 5 quarts up to 150 USD for 5.9 quarts. Finally my wife payed 120 USD because the service advisor saw some kind of membership of me in the system. But still – a price increase from 29.95 USD to 120 USD because of 0.9 quarts of additional oil does not make any sense. And instead of using full synthetic oil semi synthetic was used for the service. This is an increase of 300% and less quality. This was by very far the most expensive oil change I have ever had in my live and I will for sure not pay this amount of money again.    And the cherry on the pay … At the checkout my wife asked for a cost estimate for changing the spark plugs for our car. The provided cost estimate was 1,500 USD. One Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars for changing 6 spark plugs!!! This is ridiculous - this is absolutely unbelievable. Fortunately she asked just for curiosity. I just replaced the spark plugs myself the weekend before. In total I played just below 60 USD for the set of 6 spark plugs and a set of intake manifold intake gaskets. I took me about 4 hours to finish the work. Nothing that would even near justify a cost of 1,500 USD.  Just a few days after the service I noticed a leaking motor mount and a another advanced leak in the automatic transmission oil pan. I would have expected the service advisor should have told us this. All together this was a terrible experience and I would highly recommend to everybody to avoid this service center.
