BeWare this dealership commits fraud.

BeWare this dealership commits fraud. I brought 2019 BMW M550i xDrive. 1st red flag the dealership promise in the contract to provide a second key. I literally had to take them to small claims court to honor the contract. Then I had a mechanical issue almost a year after the purchase. Notice they charged me for a car service warranty. Which I didn't know was a fee added but I never received the policy information. When I called the service warranty I was told Kia of Riverdale canceled the policy after the contract was enforce. I called my finance company. They knew nothing about the cancelation nor did they receive the refund. Kia of Riverdale engages in fraud and deceptive practices. Of course I am having to sue them all over again. I will win and this time they are going to really pay. No one should be taken advantage, lied to, defrauded out of money.

I recently purchased my BMW XM from Kia of Riverdale, and

I recently purchased my BMW XM from Kia of Riverdale, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch, and I want to give a special shoutout to Pete O’Brien. Pete was not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable but also funny, engaging, and truly a joy to work with. He made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free, and his personality kept things light and enjoyable. I also traded in my previous car, and Pete went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible deal. He’s the kind of person who genuinely looks out for his customers and ensures you leave with a great car and an even better deal. If you're in the market for a vehicle — especially if you’re looking to trade in — I highly recommend going to Kia of Riverdale and asking for Pete. Outstanding service, a great deal, and a memorable experience. Thank you, Pete, for making my BMW XM purchase such a positive one!

This place used to be great but something has changed.

This place used to be great but something has changed. Waited 4 hours in February just to find out they needed to order parts for my recall. Scheduled an appoint in May for the recall. After 2.5 hours I was told the parts were never ordered. After more investigation, I was told the parts were actually ordered, but I needed to leave the car for 1 - 1.5 days to be repaired, even though during scheduling I was told 4 hours. No loaner cars on hand so I would have been stranded and expected to walk 20+ miles home? I plan on finding another dealership to deal with. There is clearly no respect for their customers or our time.

Poor Quality Service!

Poor Quality Service!! I added the photos!! I purchased a 2022 BMW 430i xDrive from the Kia dealership at Riverdale. The car was listed for $36,900, but when I went to the dealership, they added an $8,000 protection package and told me it was mandatory. I objected to this and refused to pay the extra amount. After I bought the car, they told me they would wash it. During the wash, I noticed that they had broken my original windshield. They promised to fix it and replace it with an original part. When I picked up my car from the service, I saw that they had installed a Chinese-made windshield instead of the original one. I called the dealership and pointed out that the windshield was not original and that they had promised to replace it with an original one. They denied it, claiming that they had done me a "favor" by replacing the windshield. Who would accept this? You buy a 2022 model car and find out that the windshield is not original, and this is not your fault. This has been a huge disappointment for me. I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had an utterly disappointing experience with Kia of

I had an utterly disappointing experience with Kia of Riverdale when purchasing a Bentley Bentayga for almost $100K. The sales manager assured me the car underwent a full Bentley inspection, but that claim quickly fell apart. First, the car wasn’t detailed—despite the salesperson insisting it spent 2.5 hours in the detailing center, it looked like it got a rushed wash at best. Second, they played games with the second key, “forgetting” to provide it until I returned to the dealership after the sale. Third, the advertised mileage was 41,721, but on the day of purchase, I noticed it was actually 44,850 miles—a discrepancy of over 3,000 miles they conveniently failed to mention. The real kicker came after delivery. When the salesperson left, I inspected the car and was shocked to find the engine splash cover—meant to protect the entire engine bay—completely missing. Bentley service warned me not to drive it without this critical component due to exposed electronics. I called Kia of Riverdale that same Saturday, and they promised to “figure things out.” It’s now Thursday, and all I’ve gotten are vague excuses like “we’re waiting on Bentley to respond.” I called Bentley myself—they have the cover in stock, no delay on their end. It’s obvious Kia of Riverdale is trying to stall and push me to buy the part myself, dodging responsibility for selling an incomplete, “certified” vehicle with inflated mileage. This isn’t just poor service—it’s deceptive and borderline fraudulent. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Update: Had to buy it myself, and going to take them to small claim court.
