Avoid Suburban Dealerships.
I had a very poor buying experience at Suburban Subaru of Troy. We made the deal and originally was to take delivery the next day, which they then pushed back another day. When I came to pick it up, the interior was still filthy, the vehicle had not been detailed and the fuel tank was not filled, as discussed with Joseph Glaub, my sales associate. I informed them they needed to still clean it, which they said they’d pull it around and do. 45 minutes later and it was still in the same state. Filth in the vents and beef jerky and face masks under the seats. I told them they needed to take care of that and still fill the tank, which the staff then decided to make my vehicle their own personal entertainment. After waiting another 2 hours for their “head detailer” to take care of it, the vehicle still came back in disgusting shape and the fuel tank was still not filled (26-gallon tank of diesel is no small amount of money to fill) but at that point needed to leave, and was holding out that this was the vehicle I needed, though hindsight tells me I should have walked away then and there. The finance guy was the only competent and kind one throughout the whole process. The next day the engine light comes on, followed by the low oil warning. Turns out when they “serviced” it, they underfulled the engine oil by 2 whole quarts.
All in all an excellent experience
The whole process was very easy. They paid me a really fair price for my trade in and made by buying process smooth. Edward helped me find the right model and navigate a really strange issue with my former cars title. After sales support is really good. I had an obscure question that I couldn't find the answer for and Eva the delivery person helped me figure it out. I've bought 6 cars in my life and this was by far the best shopping and buying experience. It was extra nice to have someone follow up with me, I've never had that before except to try and sell me something. Really good experience

Quick and Painless
Butross is a GREAT salesman! I test drove on Tuesday and bought on Thursday! He gave me additional options and models to look at within my price range that I had not previously considered and was very kind throughout the entire process. This was my first time buying a vehicle and I was dreading the whole process. After working with Butross and Suburban in general I have a much more positive attitude toward everything. Great service, flexible, and patient! I enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back in the future.
I went in there with A+ credit and a used Jeep Wrangler to purchase I told him I had a lot of money to put down the finance gentleman told me I didn’t need to put that down tried to give me a higher interest-rate with a high monthly payment he said that’s how he makes his bread-and-butter it was one of the worst experiences ever and no I did not get the vehicle there

Stay away from this dealer its not worth it
This car had an accident and they don't help with price at all, save your money for something better, They just wanna sell their cars without taking care of customers

Two months ago I went into Suburban Subaru to trade in my Ford Focus and had the pleasure of working with Michael Avanzini. I have never experienced such great customer service buying a car like I did with Michael. He helped me in every way he could in order to get me the best deal for my money and put me into a MUCH safer car. He was very professional, informative, quick and updated me through the whole process. He got me the exact color and model of car I wanted (went with a 2018 Impreza Sport!!!) My experience was great. Mike Avanzini was my salesman, he helped me find the Subaru that was right for me. Instead of feeling like he was steering me in any type of direction he provided knowledgeable feedback that helped me make an informed decision. I was able to fill out my credit app on line the day before visiting Suburban which helped move the buying process along. Next time I need a new Subaru I'll be heading back to Suburban.
