Buyer beware.

Buyer beware. I had the perfect truck selected, discussed with a salesperson and was ready to do a deal. I was asked to submit an application at which I did and they ran my credit. Salesman contacted me to tell me afterwards to state there is a mandatory “Luxe” add on that all vehicles must have for $2K. It comes with a bunch of useless items such as family tracker, $5K theft protection, PDR, and 3 oil changes/tire rotations. Once I stated I did not need nor want this ridiculous add on, the salesman was done and so wasn’t the deal. Making your vehicle prices $2K more or disclosing this mandatory add on either on the website or by the sales people would save both the consumer as well as the dealership time. This place lives up to the “used car” reputation. Would not recommend.

I contacted Bob Tauber to help with viewing a car i was interested in. Bob sent me videos of the car, greeted me at the door and encouraged me to drive the car. He was very professional, smiling, knowledgeable and put no pressure on me to buy the car. He answered all my questions and provided me with all the details of the car. Very pleasant experience and Bob is a true asset to his company.

I just purchased a car from here and it was fast quick

I just purchased a car from here and it was fast quick and easy. Bob helped me out a lot and I’ll be going to him for now on. Now with that being said Bob is 5 stars for my experience. Overall experience 2-3 stars.

So the cleanliness of the dealership is Phenomenal but my overall experience is with a Salesperson! Bob. He greeted me with excitement and he was very knowledgeable in getting my issue resolved! I worked with Bob Tauber at Autos of Dallas in Plano and he was great. I am not from the area and he sent me a lot of pictures and videos of the vehicle. He was honest and prompt. I purchased the vehicle and within a couple of days it was shipped to my home.

I recently had an appalling experience with Autos of

I recently had an appalling experience with Autos of Dallas and their incompetent sales staff, particularly Gabriela and her manager, Saad. From the beginning, Gabriela was utterly unresponsive, forcing me to seek help from another salesperson. However, once Gabriela caught wind of this, she and Saad conspired to push the new salesperson aside and regain control of my case, leading to an excruciating ordeal. Saad initially assured me of securing a $25k loan, but what followed was a nightmarish barrage of credit inquiries. My credit was hit an outrageous 15 times! This blatant disregard for my financial well-being was just the beginning of their gross mishandling. Despite my clear instructions to limit credit inquiries, Saad and Gabriela continued their reckless behavior. They demanded a cosigner, and once provided, they ignored explicit instructions and hit my cosigner's credit five times! I have the texts to prove my insistence on a single inquiry, which they blatantly ignored. Their unprofessionalism reached a peak when I requested Gabriela to stop dealing with my profile. Instead of complying, my credit was hit yet again. Gabriela’s unresponsiveness and Saad’s negligence have caused irreparable damage to my credit score, leaving me to deal with the fallout of their irresponsible actions. People need to be aware of the unscrupulous practices at Autos of Dallas. Gabriela’s inflated ego and Saad’s sheer incompetence have led to a disastrous week for me, and my credit is now in shambles. I strongly advise against dealing with this dealership to avoid similar distress and frustration. Save yourself the hassle and find a dealership that actually values and respects its customers.

This will we a lengthy review from my experience from the beginning to receiving the vehicle I purchased. 5 star salesman: BOB Vehicle purchased : Lexus GX 460 Where did I find Autos of Dallas ( Alpha Romeo)? From: Car Gurus (online searching) Time: We spent 2 agonizing weeks dealing with out of state dealerships who couldn’t seal the deal. Right when we were about to give up our hunt we found the suv we were looking for through Autos of Dallas Plano. I kid you not we literally read all reviews and let me just say… it was scary reading all the mediocre reviews! Unbelievably we got in contact with Bob and let us just say he went Above and beyond for us. By above and beyond we mean: endless texts, calls, video calls, interior showing, exterior showing the whole nine yards and then some! He is very easy to talk to, he listens (like seriously) listens to all our wishlists and he provided us with extraordinary details and answers! Here’s my advice on purchasing a use vehicle : Please understand we all work hard for our money. But when purchasing a vehicle we must alter our minds to understand that use vehicles will have signs of aging, scratches, scuffs and occasionally a ding here and there. If you can go into use car shopping with this mentality your journey will not be stressful and your reality will be more believable than to knick pick a scratch or scratches here and there! Nothing a car wash detailing can’t do! Now with that being said let’s move on to the next paragraph. Bob: we can’t thank you enough for over exceeding our expectations, having the car ready and pristine for my husband to fly to Dallas and to drive our vehicle back. You really went the extra mile for us and your courtesy should be recognized by Autos of Dallas founder Sami Aqqad. With employees like you, you truly make car purchasing a total breeze. Our rates were perfect, our down payment went where it should and everything was transparent and clear as it should! Our suv came home and our kids love our choice! You accommodated our kind requests and you not only put yourself in a buyers position but you treated us like we weren’t just your commission for the month and we loved that soo much!! My only regret is wasting 2 weeks of foolery with out of state dealerships when we could’ve just went from Houston to Dallas. Everything in our vehicle and outside of vehicle were exactly like the pictures online. No gimmicks and definitely no photoshop cleaning!! True miles, true details and not a lot of dealerships will post 100% true images without photo enhancements.
