Spent close to 2k on an overheating issue 2016 Ford Fiesta. They do replacement diagnostic to repair. Keep replacing until fixed. They Threw in the Towel and Gave Up. I would avoid but for very basic maintenance. Shade Tree Mechanics.

Spent close to 2k on an overheating issue 2016 Ford Fiesta. They do replacement diagnostic to repair. Keep replacing until fixed. They Threw in the Towel and Gave Up. I would avoid but for very basic maintenance. Shade Tree Mechanics.

Not Impressed
Was not impressed with this company Dropped the truck off for repairs same afternoon advised they had found the issue but needed a part Suggested leave over nite fix tomorrow however they failed to advise me the part had to be delivered first to their distributor some 80 miles away Listening in on the conversion was apparent we wud not see the part today or the next day and after I told them I need the truck so will bring it back when the part arrives The owner jumped in and stated I had to pay for the part before I take the truck over $300 That was the first red flag this demand is not the way business is usually done in this industry Pay in advance for parts Not received That was not going to happen I paid the diagnostic fee and left it at that I was then given a lecture on how impossible it was to get this part locally No dealers have it.. very difficult to find Another red flag And to top it off they overcharged me on my debit card. I can assure you had I not picked it up I wud have been non the wiser As for the part within 15 mins of getting home I located one locally over $100 cheaper U wonder why I don't have a warm fuzzy feeling with this outfit Never again

Gave me a chance on a loan when nobody else could. Thank you so much! Although the options were slim I did end up finding the car of my dreams and can’t wait to have the ownership experience of a newer car

No Faith in repair.
After getting my car worked on, front rack and pinion replaced, I experienced a front wheel failure in which the front wheel separated from the vehicle as the lugs appeared not to have been tighten. Talked to the owner and he got very defensive and said no way did they do that. I have the lugs and you can see at least 1 lug had not been tighten as it had backed off. Will never use them again as I have no faith in them. By the way they NEVER even looked at the vehicle.

Professional, Knowledgeable, and Honest. Wow!
I inquired on a 2017 Camaro ZL1 and Austin was very kind and knowledgeable on the ZL1's on the market and other comparable sports cars in my price range I was looking for. Was told it was a family run operation with him and his father and they seem like good decent honest people. Unfortunately the ZL1 was no longer available and It was explained that there is a short delay from when they move their inventory to when the sites announce it to to be sold. None the less I will continue my search for my dream car and hope I run into another auto group like these guys. Very professional and got to know what I was wanting to purchase and why I wanted to purchase something, these guys are personal no doubt. Austin took my contact information and I was told that if or when they find something similar that we will be contacted first! He did admit to being picky so fingers crossed they can find something modern muscle for me!
