Oil change

Had an appointment for 4:45..when I got there they said it was made by 3:45 which it was not. I get off work at 4:30! 2hrs later i pulled out of there. Ridiculous! Wont be back

Clean, pleasant, a bit of a wait for just a oil change

The price was cheaper than going to jiffy lube. It was very clean and the staff is pleasant. Now, the only thing I had a problem with was the wait time. They took a little bit over an hour just to do a simple oil change. I will definitely go back, but next time I will schedule an appointment or just be prepared to wait.

attemting to make things right....

My mom recently purchased a car from these con artists. She drove home in a new used car, realized she could not pay the note being on public aid with a fixed income. She attempted to return the vehicle and was told that they would charge her an additional 4,000 dollars. She was told that her trade in was junk and had stopped running, I'm sure they damaged her vehicle knowing she was wanting to return her new one. I consider this deceptive and manipulative business practice. Update 7/19. Dealership contacted my mother and said that at the end of the month they will give her a discount. I appreciate their attempt to make things right. As long as they stay true to their word I will give a new review with positive feedback.

Reasonable

My check engine light was on so I took it to the service shop to get a it diagnosed. Many problems came up so they told me they where going to Inspect the car to find the source and get this it was all for free. So I was very satisfied with the service.

Hawk Chevy Service Review

I have had the pleasure of visiting the service department at Hawk Chevy, Bridgeview Il to resolve an issue pertaining to the TPMS Sensors (4) on my 2016 Chevrolet Cruze. As it turned out it required three (3) service visits under the warranty program to resolve the problem. Even though I a "Warranty Customer", at no time did any of the service personnel treat me with anything less than in a cheerful, competent and courteous manner. Additionally the staff took time to review the service history of my vehicle and remind me of upcoming service milestones. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with "My dealer's" service department and will unhesitatingly trust them to service my vehicle.

Excellent mechanic- very pleasant service writer😀
