This dealership seems to specialize in damaged and salvaged cars. The VW Beetle they have on Car Gurus says it has a clean, title with no accidents, but read the Carfax... TOTAL loss was reported along with two other accidents and no verifiable mileage... This might explain why they're not calling me back to send pics and answer questions.... scam

Buyer Beware
I bought a porsche over the phone I had my own money I didn't try to talk them down off of their price, i gave them what they wanted. I made this transaction very easy for them. They assured me that everything was fine with the car. I specifically ask if the a/c was working properly due to the extreme hot weather, the salesman swore that it was. They shipped the car, first thing I noticed was a big crack in the windsheild that you could not see in their vague photos. I got inside the car the a/c was blowing nothing but hot air. I immediately call the salesman of course he got defensive and denied the a/c was broken. I then made several calls to speak with the Sales manager or the General Mananger was told on every attempt that they both were very busy but they would have one of them call me. Its been almost a month no one has called. Got the a/c fixed at a cost of $3,100 dollars. I also discovered the ball joints were worn out, another $946 dollars. I continue to call but I get no-one. If you buy a car from these guys be sure to go to the dealership and check it for yourself DO NOT take them at their word. They are LESS THAN HONEST.

Scam - Will sell you bad car for high price
They sold me a lemon car saying it’s in perfect shape. The brakes were shot and the battery was completely messed up. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them via phone, text and email, and after selling me the car, they have vanished.

great experience
Contrary to other reviews I had an easy, willing to work with experience with Waseem at Rehan Motors. I appreciate it is a small family business and small dealer. He was busy at times but made sure to listen and take a test drive with me. I enjoyed the conversations, negotiation process and upfront discussions. I really ask everyone to take the negative reviews with a grain of salt and give Rehan Motors a chance to provide an amazing shopping experience. I'm in no way affiliated with Rehan Motors, just a guy from STL who found a car that I wanted to trade my car in for. Btw I got top dollar for my trade. And a great car to drive home with. Thanks

Buyers Definitely Beware
I really didn't want to resort to this, however, Rehan Motors hasn't responded to us - so, the least we can do is make others aware. Initially, the dealership was great to work with. We bought a Jeep from out of state. The dealer gave us a virtual and visual walk around. Everything seemed fine. This vehicle also had a "clean" Carfax report (which simply means any repairs were run outside of insurance). Then the car was delivered and the delivery person pointed out a loose fender and bumper and shared it wasn't him. We took the car to a shop and the team there shared that we should have a body shop look at it as it did appear to have some damage. We did so. And $1,500 later, we have things in working order - the car had indeed been in an accident and "repairs" were haphazard at best. It was very evident that the car had been in a collision of some sort. The dealership had clearly cleaned and "detailed" the engine compartment so it's shocking that the dealership missed clear warning signs. Missing bolts, cracked housing units, loose fender and bumper...a giant glob of glue was holding in a new headlamp. The radiator housing was cracked and we discovered that a brake caliper was badly damaged and failing from the impact. Clean Carfax or not, a dealership should want to keep a reputation of trust by disclosing findings, even those outside of Carfax to a potential buyer; these items had to be repaired to maintain safety of the vehicle and were not cosmetic in nature. In reaching out to the dealership, we simply asked if they could meet us half-way...we'd pay for half of the repairs if they could give us the other half in consideration. We figured that was a fair offer. And we've heard nothing. I would be very cautious buying from this dealership remotely and if you're local? I'd take the vehicle somewhere to get it looked over closely. It's a disappointing experience to say the least - missing these clear signs of damage was either willful ignorance or incompetence. And then to not even own up to a mistake and come to a fair agreement? I can't recommend this dealership at all to future buyers, they won't have your interest nor safety in mind.

Extremely rude salesmen
Incredibly rude. I called to inquire about a vehicle and immediately knew the salesman was not going to get my business..he sounded annoyed and short, I tried to ask to speak to someone else and he hung up on me. Customers are how you make money…maybe consider that?

Scammers that just want your money
This place, along with Auto Mall of Springfield is straight up a scam. They shouldn't even be in business. Every car they have there is junky and they are so rude to customers.
