Great at selling you a car, but do not care if the car is
Great at selling you a car, but do not care if the car is safe or not. Purchased a used car from them and it came with over $3400 or problems. I've been given the run around by the GM because he's acting like I just want to get something for free. I don't think the car stopping or moving is asking for much, especially when it was paid for 21k in cash. Purchased the car for safety because of a new born and it's less safe than the old 2012scion XB I have. Warped rotors, cracked drive belt, cracked belt tensioner leaking fluid and a whole mouse hotel under the engine cover right at the wiring harness. It's obvious the car wasn't checked out when they purchased it. Unless you're a mechanic of 20 years of experience and can come look the whole car over, don't buy a car from these people. Also their website said that the vehicle had not been in any accidents but once the check for 21k was handed over they said that there was an accident with the vehicle. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere if you want a car that is truly safe and reliable. When speaking to the general manager he acted like it was no big deal that there are all these issues and that the authorized Mazda dealer didn't know what they were talking about or they were just trying to find whatever they could wrong with the vehicle

I was in yesterday to request service for my EV 6.
I was in yesterday to request service for my EV 6. The gentleman behind the counter said can you bring in your vehicle Monday morning at 8 AM? I said that would be fine but we won’t get to it until about June 16. Does that make any sense to bring in the vehicle on June 9? I don’t understand Koons service. I cannot return back to this dealership at all. It’s one of the worst in Maryland.

Spoke with manager was told I was next on the list for loner and that should have one tomorrow that was a week ago terrible I dropped my suv off on March 26 with all my paperwork there is a tech line open however I'm never updated I mentioned maybe taking my suv to another kia service department was told sure doesn't look like we've do anything with it, so now I'm confused, please do what I didn't pay attention to these reviews, and all off there responses is ROBOTIC with a tweet here and there

I’m staring to question the integrity of the service
I’m staring to question the integrity of the service department. My last three maintenance services I had to bring to the service reps attention that work that I paid for was not completed. Having pointing these items out that were not completed, I received a lame apology. My vehicle is taken back onto service department which cost more of my time.I also don’t like that fact that prices aren’t listed on board for customer viewing. I feel Like they quote any price they want and I don’t have any guideline to dispute with.

This will be my last time visiting this dealership for any reason. I will take my car to a different dealership for any further work, and I will not be returning to buy my next vehicle. At one service appointment they left the oil drain plug loose. I was out my vehicle for several days, and had to pay to get it towed. At my last appointment I had to fight to get coverage from the maintenance plan THEY sold me and they STILL didn't complete all the required maintenance. I highly recommend going anywhere else.
