Totally clueless front desk.

Totally clueless front desk. Had an appt scheduled for 2 weeks. Took jeep at 7am and was not able to leave key due to no envelopes in the "early bird box" so had to have my wife leave work again to drop off key. I called 10 minutes after she dropped off the key to confirm what they are supposed to do to my jeep and ask about the cost of a transmission service and they could not find my key and assured me that noone has dropped off any keys. After several "hold ons" they found the key but could not tell me about simple costs for service such as a transmision change. Very leary of them doing any work at all to my vehicle if they cannot do the simple things.

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!!! We purchased a new 2022 Dodge 1500 Laramie in Sept of 2022. My husband received military orders for an overseas duty station and attempted to sell the vehicle. Unfortunately, the Carfax for the vehicle is showing a brandished title due to the dealership incorrectly inputting the receiving and sale mileage. After bringing this issue to the dealership, the sales manager and general manager stated it was an "easy fix" and it would take 30 days or more to correct. We are about to leave the area and are now in a bind. Since the original buyer refused to purchase due to their discrepancy, I asked the dealer to purchase it. Both the sales manager and general manager refused to purchase it back. We had 2 buyers and couldn't sell the vehicle due to their discrepancy! I made a complaint to the Attorney General's office and the general manager, Randy Nelson, chose to state it was our fault and the DMV for not noticing their mistake. The complete lack of accountability for their actions speaks volumes. They only care about car sales and bringing in the commission without caring about the customer. This is a completely different experience from purchasing a vehicle from Ford in Marshfiekd or BMW in Springfield. Dodge in St Robert dealership seems to bank on the fact their customers are military and rotate duty stations so they never have to deal with their mistakes. Fortunately for future customers, I will not passively let their actions go without telling others how little they care about their customers. Instead of blaming others, how about taking responsibility for what was done and try and fix it???

Absolutely worst service department I have ever dealt

Absolutely worst service department I have ever dealt with their price is astronomically high. Head for tire pressure sensors on challenger, just the labor was $316. Never do service there again.

Worst customer service skills I have ever encountered.

Worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. Ordered a truck, they recieved it damaged, did body work, yet wouldn’t provide a damage report or give any compensation for damaged vehicle. After waiting 6 months and getting 2 credit checks from the company, I ended up not purchasing and they screwed my credit. I would advise not to shop here

DO NOT TRUST these auction resellers.

Not very ethical salesmen, Looked at a car and wanted to buy but the "perfect" AC was blowing warm air so was told I'd get a call back and never did. Also was told the car was in great shape and accident free as advertised only to find on the carfax it was in a collision and the airbags were deployed. Pretty sure that was fate that I never got a call back although they still advertise as accident free lol.

Fake xxx people

Very unprofessional set up a new motor in my truck charge me $7000 and I put a used motor in my truck with 100,000+ miles. I’m sending these pictures I’m telling everybody do not go to this dealership. They are scandalous and they’re fraud, and they all be a shame for taking advantage of elderly people .
