I did not have a great experience with Kevin in the

I did not have a great experience with Kevin in the collision center. I sent my car there for an estimate. I was discussing the results with him over the phone and asking questions. He became very annoyed that I did not commit to his company fixing my car immediately. He told me I had to decide to fix it or cash out on claim before the estimate could be sent. I explained I needed to discuss options with my husband. He told me if he knew I did not need intend to fix my vehicle I shouldn’t have brought it there. He also stated that any other estimates for the day he would ask up front what their intentions were and wasn’t going to do them if they did not intend on getting their vehicle repaired there. I asked him if I could speak to a manager due to his poor customer service. He then preceded to say in a snotty manner “haven’t you ever had a bad day” there was no apology for his rudeness just excuses which would have been fine if he wasn’t justifying his actions in a rude way. I have decided to get my car fixed but due to the fact I felt pressured into a commitment without knowing all the details and Kevin’s rude behavior I will be giving someone else my business.

Our sales person, Nate, had the most awesome personality

Our sales person, Nate, had the most awesome personality I have ever seen as far as sales go. I'm 60 years old and I must say it's been many years since I encountered such a pleasant young man. I can see God at work in him. The entire staff was very nice to us. So far, we give all 5 stars. Thank you!
