Super friendly and super helpful! Bob Pearson assisted me in buying my very first car. He found a vehicle in my price range that also satisfied all of the needs I required from a car. All of my questions were answered and the process was incredibly easy. I feel wonderful leaving in the car Bob found for me. Fantastic experience at this dealership from the moment that I pulled up and met Bob Pearson. I had made an appointment to come in and look at a used vehicle and Bob made sure that the car was clean and ready when I arrived. He provided a great overview of the car, the dealership, and the no gimmicks policy. Test drive was like no other. Israel and Efren were also stellar. Honestly, this was probably the best experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. Highly recommended!

Finally I enjoyed the car buying experience! Bob Pearson understood our out of state trip had a tight window to look at the car. He made sure it was ready for a test drive after a thorough description of the features. He explained everything in detail and continues to answer texts about settings on the car after the purchase. This is an organization built for customer service. Isral Leiva made the paperwork and financial transaction seamless. You won’t be sorry starting here when vehicle shopping. I recently purchased a '25 RAV4 XLE, and it was honestly, the best car buying experience I've ever had. Working with Bob Pearson was wonderful! He was engaged the minute I inquired about the vehicle, provided the additional details I asked for, and set up a time for us to meet that worked with my schedule. In person, Bob is even more delightful! He is forthcoming, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable about Toyota. At no point did I feel pressured, or misled about anything. Bob made it an enjoyable experience, like it's supposed to be. Bob is the high bar that other salespeople should hold themselves too. St Charles had the best advertised prices, and should be acknowledged as a fair, honest, upfront dealership- no games, no hidden fees. I appreciated the ease of this transaction - Bob was with me through the entire process. I was not bounced around from sales, to finance, to delivery like so many other dealerships; making you feel like being herded. Exact opposite experience here; I felt valued, and appreciated as a their Customer. They also respected my time, making me feel like a priority - I was headed home in my new vehicle within 2 hours.
