This was the worst dealership experience.
This was the worst dealership experience. Long story short 3 months after buying a 2022 Chevy Suburban from Steve Foley/Napelton Cadillac we have to put a new engine in it. We bought our 2022 Chevy Suburban from Steve Foley/Napelton Cadillac at the end of April. After we brought it home my husband had concerns that the engine was not right. There was a sound he didn’t think was right and when he was changing the oil he found extra oil all on the under side of the car. He brought it back during the warranty period to get it checked out. The service manager was extremely rude and disrespectful when my husband voiced his concerns about the engine. They looked at it briefly and said everything was “fine”. That the amount of oil was normal. A month later, after we were out of warranty, the sound got worse and we took it to a nearby Chevy/Cadillac dealer. They tried to fix it but said that the work done previously on the engine was done wrong and it couldn’t be repaired, so we needed a brand new engine. Yet Steve Foley/ Napelton Cadillac said that the engine was “fine”. We do not recommend this dealer at all. We feel they did not take our concerns seriously and in the end our concerns were completely valid. They didn’t take us seriously and that has cost us an enormous about of money.

We bought a car from this dealership online without seeing it in person. We were a little weary because we’ve never done this before. Frank the sales associate was very helpful. He sent us live videos of the car. After speaking with him we decided to take a chance and buy the car. We arrived the car just a few days after signing the paperwork. The car exceeded out expectations. The car looked better in person and drives great! We love it! I would definitely recommend this dealership for your future car buying experience. Everyone was very helpful and professional right down to Edward the delivery person. Edward kept in touch to update us with the estimated time he would arrive. We will definitely keep this dealership in mind for any future car purchases.

I walked in unannounced and they found away to take care of me. when my original salesperson Mark was busy, he gently handed me to another salesperson Frank. they both worked diligently to help me select a car and drive home in my new car that same day. ZERO PRESSURE. They have my business forever!
