It's always a pleasure to do business at Arnold. My recent lease of a Blazer RS was no different. From John Locascio in sales, David Lee in finance, Al Dobbs in pre-owned and Bill Tuchler, the general manager, I feel like I'm treated like family. I'll certainly be back for future purchases and recommend them very highly. I wouldn't bother walking into any other Chevrolet dealer on Long Island.

We worked with Kevin to pick out a really great SUV and we couldn't be happier with the entire process. Kevin, the sales consultant who assisted us, was very patient and made the entire thing buying journey very simple. Everyone else we interacted with (sales, finance) was accomodating, and we will definitely be back if we purchase another vehicle in the future.

New Car Purchase, Great Experience
My wife and I drove from out of state and worked with Kevin to pick out a really great SUV and we couldn't be happier with the process. Kevin was very patient and made the entire buying journey super easy. Everyone else we interacted with (sales, finance) were very helpful and we will definitely be back if we purchase another vehicle in the future.

Purchased a Buick Encore on March of 2020. Never received the title. Upon contacting Henry was hung up on. Besides never receiving the title they never listed a lien holder. Basically was told to handle it myself! Horrible customer service. My Buick Regal was purchased at King O'rourke and they are a truly professional dealership. Do yourself a favor and drive to Smithtown and deal with a A class dealership! Arnold has shown me why their a D rated dealership! The product is one small part of the sale more important is the way they take care of their customers!
Since the review has no name on it, we can't research your issue or resolve it. I spoke with the two salespersons you mentioned but we can't seem to locate your sales file from March of 2020. Not even servicing any Corvettes. Even though they sell corvette they don't have a Corvette tech to service them. Their online service request is also a joke. I bought a car from them several years ago, they were bad then, now they're worse with a subpar service department.
LIARS CHEATS CON ARTISTS!
Horrible people, con artists liars go anywhere but this place. They lie to your face and take your money to bring in and Purchase a new vehicle, then refuse to give it back even after GM higherups have to get involved. From Lew the salesman to the owners their all just some old fashioned Scam artists that want nothing but your money without ever delivering a product Or service. I gave them a chance to do the right thing, but they preferred for me to "do what I gotta do", well as promised I'm letting anyone know to avoid this place like the pandemic. I'm an return buyer from this business, yet they still tried to rob me, and even lied to the higher ups at GM after they had to open not one but two investigations into this dealership as well! Even after acknowledging that this dealership lied to two different GM representatives, even GM didn't help me one bit, instead they ruled in favor of the dealership, xxx?! Thankfully my bank opened a Fraud investigation and found Arnold Chevrolet guilty of credit card fraud and Thankfully i was able to maintain the funds as they lost in their lame attempt to take my money. Next time you scam artists try and screw a new or returning customer dont forget you will get what you deserve in the end. This horrible experience ended up costing me Stress beyond belief for FOUR months and also cost me money because I had to go to a Reputable honorable dealer nearby and settle for a vehicle they had on the lot to be able to still receive the year end rebates. Inexcusable behavior and no words can describe what a Horrible experience this was, Shame on you all Arnold Chevrolet!

John L was very vague . Was buying a 60 k suburban. Then finance guy tells great deal and extended warranty needed as well . The warranty was 4 k and vehicle already has warranty. Then i have to pull teeth to get him to tell me my interest rate . It was 9% . Nobody with good credit pays this high rate . They also make you finance with there bank so they can screw you . These guys are completely crooked . Do not waste your time . They insult your intelligence.. Im done with them . No deal . Brian - Morristown, NJ
Richard Dahlgren,service manager, is tops when service is needed. He listens to your requests whether it be a problem or routine service required. All drop offs are handled immediately and to my satisfaction every time. He assures that you are comfortable and takes care of all details.John and all the service representatives at Arnold are the very best.
