Bright Bay Mazda's service team is very professional and friendly. The team kept me informed of what was happening during my visit. My vehicle was completed when promised. Overall my experience since purchasing my CX-5 at Bright Bay Mazda has been exceptional from the sale to each service visit.

I had a great experience at Bright Bay Mazda. Tom and Steven were exceptional — both very helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. They were respectful throughout the process and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. The location itself was clean and well-organized, which added to the positive impression. I especially appreciated the time spent walking me through the car logistics — nothing felt rushed, and everything was clearly explained. Overall, a professional and pleasant experience.

Love this dealership I've been going there for years I'm on my third Mazda love them dearly and the people that work there are great especially Walter Garth and Ken and everybody else is phenomenal

I got a notice for late payment after buying out my

I got a notice for late payment after buying out my lease. We called and people at the dealership were not helpful in how the mistake happened and how to fix it. This ruined what was otherwise a good experience. My high credit rating is important to me and this has created a lot of stress.
