My sales person was very nice and helpful and I think if he didn’t go out on disability everything would of gone smooth. I feel like I fell through... the cracks with no salesperson when I picked up the car. I drove the car home with a warning light on that is still on 2 weeks later because it has taken me that long to get an appointment to have it fixed. It’s a tire issue that I had on my previous LR4 so I’m used to driving with a tire pressure gauge problem but my brand new car shouldn’t of had that. I didn’t notice it on when I left the dealership because my husband drove home.
After posting my negative review and experience I recieved a call from the dealership GM and service manager. He asked for more details about what happened... and reviewed the history on the service record. They were genuinly concerned and after our discussion asked if I would send the invoice for the repair that was done by the outside service center. The following day they called me again and agreed to credit me the full amount of the work that was done. Great example of turning a negative into a positive.....I appreciate their standing by their dealership and doing the right thing.

Update to my previous review: Although I’m still leery of this place after my experience, Mike Haller is a class act and has been one of the easiest... to deal with. He was able to rectify the situation and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Stay cautious, but I would recommend Mr. Haller to anyone that uses this dealership.
Repeated emails to confirm that the truck was still available and made a firm appointment the day before I went to buy. I get there and a salesman says... that there was a miscommunication but that it was not their fault. Clearly not a good way to start out. Despite me showing the email trail, the salesman says that the truck was sent off to wholesale days ago. He then says that if I want to put down a deposit they would work out getting it back from the wholesaler. I then asked them to value a trade and the guy does not even look at the car, just giving a generic value. Sleeze bait and switch. Funny thing is that they blame the “internet manager” who is actually located in another state. He, on the other hand, blames the dealership. Save your time and avoid.
Jim, I'm truly sorry to hear about the misunderstanding that happened this weekend. You have every right to be frustrated and disappointed. There... is no excuse other than a mistake was made that could have been avoided, and I'm sorry you took an unnecessary trip to the dealership for the car to not be available. Third time car (Jaguar F Type R) brought in for service in 2 years. First time they damaged car. Second time car held 7-10 days for a minor issue they... could not diagnose. Third time was today. Of course I also have a warning light on dashboard that this dealership has never been able to diagnose or turn off. Appointment made 1 month in advance after Jaguar notified me car was due for annual service. I waited the month to get a Jaguar loaner car which dealership confirmed. Of course today I find out no loaner available and car was not actually up for the yearly maintenance as they notified me in advance. When I asked for service manager, told repeatedly by the liars at his service department he was not in yet he mysteriously turned up once I blew my stack. I asked for my car back so I can leave. After waiting a lengthy time I was again told repeatedly my car "was being brought up" I observed my car sitting at the side of the garage close to where I was standing. Numerous cars brought up for other customers even though I was outside first. It took a xxxx storm on my part just to get them to return my keys and allow me to leave. Service adviser Jennifer Rojas is a disaster and a liar and service manger John Partsinevelos does not appear to know whats going in the department he manages given he allows his staff to advise he is not at work when in fact he is present. Once John learned of what occurred, he had no explanation and no offer of assistance in any way, allowing me to leave. By the way, different service staff and management each time I have brought car in over last 2 years, wonder why? This is apparently the way they treat a customer with one of the most expensive cars on the lot. Good thing I bought my wife a BMW this weekend, to xxxx with Jaguar. Huntington Jaguar sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My New Velar is in repair for three weeks, I want a different car. I filed a complaint a few days ago but have not been contacted as of yet. Very unprofessional.
It’s almost a year since I have been driving my Range Rover Evoque . This vehicle is very reliable and good on gas. It’s a strong vehicle but... elegant at the same time . The vehicle speaks for itself . I am very grateful to Richard Cohen from Land Rover in Huntington because he has been amazing from day one when I sat at his desk going over different vehicles until I walked out the door with the keys to my vehicle . My experience with Land Rover in Huntinton Long Island has been wonderful . From day one the staff was very professional . Richard was assigned to me by the receptionist at Land Rover and from the minute he became my sales man he made sure that I got everything I was looking for in my vehicle and then some . He went above and beyond to provide great service for me and he still does which is why I would recommend Richard Cohen and Land Rover in Huntington to every one without hesitation.
Repairs part labor are overpriced, service is good
