Very annoyed with this matter with a new car…

Besides the good experience while purchasing this vehicle….Very bad experience so far with a new luxury car at the service department. 2022 Discovery Sport purchased around March, 1 tire had a bubble and 1 tire blew up (while waiting for 2 weeks for the replacement of the one with the bubble) while driving. TRUST ME IT WAS NOT FROM A POTHOLE. Never such issues with any of my cars. Service person not truthful. It took a month to get 2 tires replaced, never have I heard of such a thing… The best policy in retail of any sort is good customer relations… If the customer can trust your establishment they’ll refer you to anyone of their friends. Company doesn’t acknowledge any blame on their product but tried to point fingers at everyone and everything else. And FOR SURE NO APOLOGIES FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THAT CAUSED. After picking up the car the next day there seems to be problem with the brakes!!!!😯

Another incredible experience with Rich and Eric.

I had a fantastic experience working with Rich Mcdonaugh and Eric Doxey. There was no haggling, no hidden fees, and no headaches. I met with Rich and Eric at 10am, and before 5pm, I was driving off in a brand new f-pace. They worked swiftly to find lease financing that fit my budget and needs, and were professional, courteous and extremely helpful every step of the way. I bought my first jag from Eric back in 2017, and I’m already looking forward to working with both Rich and Eric again as soon as this lease is up. These guys and this dealership make what is usually a stressful and anxiety ridden process of buying a car a simple, pleasant and FUN experience. Thank you Rich and Eric!
