Great experience!
Our salesman, Tom Bedia made our car buying experience an excellent one. He actually made the experience completely painless! We have bought many new cars through the years and this being our first experience at this dealership, it really was an enjoyable one because of Tom. It was actually happy and exciting throughout the entire process. Tom took the time too thoroughly go over all of our options and all of the details of the two models we were deciding upon. He let us know along the way how much time each step would take so we were fully aware of what to expect and his estimates were always accurate. He really was a pleasure to work with. We then were introduced to Richard DeMott to discuss our financing options. He too made our experience wonderful. What could have bee a painful process was extremly pleasant. Richard fully explained our options and actually found us an even better interest rate then we had planned on. He also explained all of the additional coverage plans available but with kindness and no pressure whatsoever. Thank you both for making our buying experience a great one!

2015 Jeep Cherokee
Purchase a 2015 Jeep. The sales rep was great very informative. He made the decision very easy to purchase a Jeep. I was looking at other vehicles but like what a saw at Town & Country.

Classic Used car Sales tactics
Purchased a used Vehicle from their used car Department. I was strung along by lies that they were waiting for lien release. When in reality they had sold the vehicle to another dealership and had to repurchase it to the sell it to me, as evident on Car fax that i reran after sale. May not seem like a big deal but I specifically asked what delay was and I was lied to. This next one is partly my fault. Salesman stated vehicle had NAv and Bluetooth when I drove it. Since radio had icons and buttons for that I failed to check personally. But vehicle did not. Just all goes together, poor dishonest sales tactics. Use caution, you get what you pay for. "we are the cheapest"

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE CENTER!
This is the second time I am extremely unhappy with their service center. About 2 months ago I brought my new Jeep (which I purchased there) to get an inspection, oil change, and have my air bags looked at since the light kept blinking on my dashboard. After my car was there all day, they told me they had to order me a part for my airbag and they would call me when it came in. I never received a phone call back. As I was driving home my husband (who brought me to get the car) told me my brake light was out- you would think they would check that with a full inspection - right? Then I had to bring my car back about 2 months after as the brake light kept coming on. When I checked in I also told them about the airbag light still being on. They told me they forgot to call me but they did have the part. My car was there from 8am-1pm and I was told everything was taken care of. The next day I go to drive to work and the brake light came back on. I called to let them know and Tracy and Jim were both very rude and unhelpful. They didn't apologize or anything and just asked me when I wanted to bring the car back. Awful, Awful service!

Excellent!
We purchased a jeep compass at an extremely reasonable price, better than any other dealer in our area. Their online prices are accurate, believe it or not. We got a reasonable offer for our trade-in, and they took care of all our previous financing. Phil was excellent- honest and friendly. He made us feel comfortable with our purchase and trade. You can always trust a guy named Phil. Rich, who handled our financing, was very straightforward and explained everything to us simply. He was patient with us, explaining things multiple times until we felt comfortable. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience.

Great Service!
Jason Mascia was great! He was very easy to communicate to & very attentive to our budget. He did not try to sell us something we can't afford. In past at different dealerships, buying a car was stressful & aggravating. With Jason, he took care of every detail! Car shopping with Jason was a pleasure! I would definitely return to speak with Jason for my future car purchases.
