Bought a new Jeep from there recently and the service was great. Family has been buying from Brown’s for over 10 years and have never had an issue. Would recommend anyone in the market for a car, new or pre owned. Mike Siemon was great to work with.

Matt Dorfman was a pleasure to deal with.

Matt Dorfman was a pleasure to deal with. Very easy experience. I recommend him as a salesman and would work with him again. I am somewhat disappointed with the used car manager as I was told that no one can buy leases or deal with Fusion, so purchasing my prior leases vehicle as a trade in was not an option. I arranged for my old lease to be picked up at the dealer as a result by Fusion. After I picked up my new truck, Fusion reached out advising that the arrangements to pick up my lease were canceled because the dealership decided to purchase my vehicle. I lost out on an opportunity to potentially see if I even had equity in my old vehicle to put towards my new purchase as the mileage was significantly under. The used car manager should have contacted me to advise they were purchasing the truck vs. me finding out from the leasing company. I had to reach out for any paperwork about the purchase of my old truck and was not provided with anything.

No pressure.

No pressure. Knowledgeable, professional and patient. An overall great experience. I’ve only dealt with Brown’s for my own personal vehicles since 1986. And I don’t see any reason to change going forward. (And I have referred many people over the years. I might even be close to 30 sales?!)

We just purchased our fifth straight car from Brown’s.

We just purchased our fifth straight car from Brown’s. Our salesman, Karl, worked feverishly to bring our payments down because we were 15,000 miles over our limit. Another great job by everyone involved!

I purchased a 2022 Ram 2500 with 16000 miles.

I purchased a 2022 Ram 2500 with 16000 miles. I have a strong feeling I know why it was traded in. I was warned by 3 people to not purchase a truck from Brown's Dodge, but being that this was my second vehicle purchased from them, I didn't think it wouldn't be an issue. I couldn't have been any more wrong. The manager who sold me my first car passed away. This time I dealt with 3 separate salesmen. After having an issue only days later, no one wanted to seem to take responsibility and the blame game began. Just weeks after getting the truck the heated steering wheel wasn't working. It was dropped off at the dealership and "fixed". Upon getting my truck back, it still didn't work. I also encountered other issues. My rear tailgate was unlocking without the keyfob and I only noticed this after I had about $1500 of tools and gear stolen out of the back of my truck when it was locked. I tested the tailgate by leaving my keyfob in my house to see if it would open without it. The tailgate opened without it. I was told that there was no issue with the tailgate and I should call my insurance company and purchase an extended warranty. The rear tailgate handle was not seated properly and I was told that I should have noticed that when I picked the truck up at night in the dark. I did read about a recall and several lawsuits in regards to this issue. The locks on the toolbox were already pitted just weeks later. I couldn't get the key in the lock and get my stuff out. They told me it worked perfectly fine. Everything in the toolbox was wet. Every time I went over a bump I felt grinding under the pedals. I was told that there was no issues with that as well. They had my truck for an entire week, but found absolutely no issues. I discussed the rear tailgate handle that wasn't seated properly, only to be told that it's not their issue and I should have noticed that before I picked up the truck at night. Then the representative said to me, "if U purchased the truck off Craigslist or the marketplace and then noticed an issue, U would expect the seller to fix the damage"? I purchased the truck at their dealership and not Craigslist so I wouldn't encounter those kind of issues. I realized that I had no more safety through this dealership than if I bought it on the Marketplace. I'm also had $1500 of property stolen. I've been looking to buy a Durango for my wife and that's certainly not going to happen from this dealership. Anyone buying a vehicle at this dealership should bring a mechanic with them if they choose to get involved with them. Most car dealerships are sleazy, but this one is a clear winner.
