I just purchased a 2025 Acura TLX (A Spec), and I had a remarkable experience! My sales representative, Christian Chiarito, and all of the staff were great. They were very easy to work with as well as friendly, professional and went out of their way to be helpful. I have had excellent experiences for more than 20 years with Northeast Acura. From the moment that I walked in, I felt very welcomed.

From the moment that I walked in, I felt very welcomed. Kia Smith was my salesperson. She was very informative and knowledgeable. The staff worked with me to purchase the car that I wanted. There was no pressure To close the deal the day that I walked in. They encouraged me to check out similar vehicles. I was in several times before I bought my 2025 MDX. They gave me a fair trade in allowance for my car, and explained everything that I needed to know very clearly. Kia took over an hour to show me the features of my Acura, and answer questions. I highly recommend her as a great person to do business with. I looked at a number of similar vehicles, but the quality and style of Acura was the best! I will say that a number of competitors tried to sell me what I did not want. I never went back to them. This is the nicest vehicle that I have owned in 50 years of driving. The team at Northeast Acura is the best!

Dan Dejesus was a breeze to work with. I knew exactly what I wanted on my TLX A-Spec and he had the vehicle already on the lot. The test drive I had with him was spectacular. He explained all the features of the car and got to experience them as well. David Venezia, Business Manager had all the numbers ready when it came time to buy. Great experience with David Venezia with my recent purchase of an RDX. He was very professional and helped me with any questions or concerns I had with the buying process. I had to drive a distance for the car I wanted, and he was awesome and very knowledgeable. An overall great experience.

We had a great experience buying our new RDX from Kyle

We had a great experience buying our new RDX from Kyle Levin. He was conscientious, courteous, and professional. He knew the vehicles very well and was able to answer all our questions thoroughly. Kyle facilitated an exchange with another dealership for the exact car we wanted. He went out of his way to advocate with his financial department to get us a very fair deal. In the future, if we are asked about our car, without a doubt we would refer them to Kyle. It truly was a wonderful sales experience with excellent customer service.
