From the moment that I walked in, I felt very welcomed.
From the moment that I walked in, I felt very welcomed. Kia Smith was my salesperson. She was very informative and knowledgeable. The staff worked with me to purchase the car that I wanted. There was no pressure To close the deal the day that I walked in. They encouraged me to check out similar vehicles. I was in several times before I bought my 2025 MDX. They gave me a fair trade in allowance for my car, and explained everything that I needed to know very clearly. Kia took over an hour to show me the features of my Acura, and answer questions. I highly recommend her as a great person to do business with. I looked at a number of similar vehicles, but the quality and style of Acura was the best! I will say that a number of competitors tried to sell me what I did not want. I never went back to them. This is the nicest vehicle that I have owned in 50 years of driving. The team at Northeast Acura is the best!

We had a great experience buying our new RDX from Kyle Levin. He was conscientious, courteous, and professional. He knew the vehicles very well and was able to answer all our questions thoroughly. Kyle facilitated an exchange with another dealership for the exact car we wanted. He went out of his way to advocate with his financial department to get us a very fair deal.
